My wifes battery died, so I stopped by on my way home (Convenient location). I asked if they could test the battery, the fella at the counter gruffly said sure (his voice full of annoyance). I went out tot he car and realized I needed a crescent wrench to pop it off, and my toolbox is in my car (this is my wifes). I came back in to ask if they had a crescent I could borrow and was told very abrasively that they did not--which was followed by a sneer (granted, it could have just been his face, but i think he was making a concerted effort to give me a dirty look at that point). Pretty unhelpful and contentious. Ill be finding my replacement battery elsewhere.

Rude. Called to get availability on a part. Guy insisted on looking up the part for the specific vehicle "if Ill give it to him". Thats fine. Gave him the vehicle information and the part I needed. Couldnt find it. Asked for the part number I found online and found it was for a different year. Said "thats why I wanted to look it up myself ". Im sorry if your site reflects incorrect information, but you dont have to take it out on potential customers. What is wrong with people?!
