This was by far the MOST pleasant, stress free car buying experience ever experienced!!!! And my husband and I have bought many cars over the course of 20 years. We have been to multiple big name dealerships in virginia, Baltimore and Annapolis and none can compare to Tom hodges and his team here in Hollywood maryland!!! Not even close! The customer service is TOP NOTCH, a rare occurrence these days! From the time we walked onto the lot to the point of watching the salesman fasten our new METAL tags onto our new car purchase it was absolutely SEAMLESS! Every step of the process was done with a genuine concern for our best interest! Mr. Hodges himself greeted us when we came in, engaged in a warm friendly conversation while we waited for paperwork to process and shook our hands as we left!!! A wonderful man who clearly loves what he does! It shows in his business and also in his highly professional, friendly, respectful and very caring team!!! This whole experience would not have been possible without the whole team... Kenny, our salesman-very knowledgable, super friendly, very respectful! Pat-the sales mgr- very knowledgable and very willing to work with you to find a comfortable price that we mutually agreed upon! Lauren- our finance manager--she was super efficient, could have explained all of that stuff in her sleep, and yet she treated us like we were very special and took the time to engage in friendly fun conversation in between signatures and still we finished up with time to spare!!! These folks have this process nailed down! They love what they do and they genuinely want you to be happy! They go above and beyond to make that happen! Great high quality inventory here- no pressure sales-patient and caring!!! DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE- you wont be a happy customer! I will definitely be a return customer!!!!!

I really dont know just where to start in trying to put into words the experience I have had over the past 7 years with Tom Hodges Auto Sales other then to say I have never in all my life been treated with such kindness, respect and consideration. I first walked onto the car lot over 7 years ago and had no idea on that day I would be meeting and making friends with the most amazing group of people I have even had the blessing of now calling Friends. I have purchased two cars (SUV) from Tom and both of those purchases were amazing in every regard. From the first test drive to the final steps of financing I never felt pressure to buy more then I could afford and they didnt try to talk me into buying extras I didnt need. It felt as if I was sitting in my living room buying a car from a family member or friend and knowing the whole time I was really being looked out for and not just another sale to add for the month. After my purchase I am pleased to say that the service and kindness didnt end. When I had service issues or needed repairs they treated me with the same respect and always kept in mind the over all cost. Never once have I had even the smallest negative experience or left the lot feeling anything other then being truly grateful knowing that everyone from sales, financing and service really do care about everyone that buys from them and the customer service doesnt stop when they cash your check. Tom Hodges Auto Sales is the type of company that you might come across once maybe twice in a lifetime. My gratitude and appreciation for all they have done for me goes beyond what my simple words can ever express. Thank you to everyone for treating me like family and making my car purchase and follow up service such a happy, positive and stress free occasion.

16 Oct 2016 On Thursday 13 Oct 2016 I visited Tom Hodges Auto to see a vehicle advertized on their website. It had the features I wanted at both a price within the Kelly Blue Book value and what I was willing to pay. When I entered the building I was greeted by one of the sales staff, Bob Hammett. I identified the vehicle I was interested in and we went to take a look. After answering my questions he offered a solo test drive. When I returned I told him about the missing lock set for the glove box. He placed an order for the part that day. I informed him I wanted to make a purchase and he started the paperwork. When it was ready I spoke with Lauren Landes about the financial details. I signed up for an extended warrantee. I thought about my decision for the warrantee overnight and after speaking with my mechanic I came to the conclusion it wasn’t going to work for me. I was expecting a difficult time from Lauren when I told her on Friday 14 Oct 2016 I was interested in purchasing the vehicle but not the warrantee. I was pleasantly surprised when she only wanted to know why I changed my mind and then proceeded to redo the paperwork. I am very impressed with the low pressure approach I received in my dealings with Bob and Lauren at Tom Hodges Auto. I got the feeling from this experience one does not need to wait until they are closed to do some window shopping. Plus, the added advantage would be having your questions answered. Frank C. P.S. Purchased my 2013 F150 a few days ago from Tom Hodges. My wife and I both thought this was the easiest and least stressful auto buying experience either one of us have ever had. Upon arrival I was able to exit my vehicle and check the truck out for two or three minutes without feeling pressured. I then spoke with Bob who was more than helpful in showing me the vehicle, explaining the Carfax, and letting me test drive the vehicle for a few hours to make sure it was the right vehicle for me. When I returned with the vehicle we discussed the already fair price and to my surprise they worked with my budget without giving me the run around. We came to an agreement on the price and started the paperwork. I had only a few concerns about the vehicle but Bob went above and beyond, taking the truck over to the lift and letting me get under the truck and look around. I felt as if Tom Hodges Auto Sales had nothing to hide. In other car buying experiences the tricks always happen when you go to the other room and they throw warranties and extras you dont want in the paperwork raising the price. I was asked one time about a warranty by Lauren which I declined. I felt no pressure at this stage either. She was more than willing to discuss all the paperwork and let me take my time reading and signing. The entire process took only a couple hours. In previous dealership experiences I have spent seven or eight hours in northern Virginia getting the run around. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about Tom Hodges Auto Sales.
