I had ordered a 2 ton car jack and 2 2-ton jack stands online for pickup. I ordered it online because the website said it was in stock. When i got to the store they told me they dont have it in stock and they will pick it up from their Sterling location and give me a call in an hour. 5 hours later and still no call, i called to check. They said their driver never picked it up. and the representative told me i can either come to the store and pick up what i needed with what they have in stock (which was $20 more expensive) or go to the Sterling branch to pick it up. When i asked for a refund he said that can only be done in the store. I usually had good service when i went to that branch, but this is ridiculous. Unless its in the store and you see it with your own eyes, I would not recommend going there.

At 815pm I needed my gfs alternator and battery checked. One employee told me, it was too late and to come back tomorrow. I asked for the equipment and tried to run the tests myself. I was able to run one, but it didnt give me an answer. Another employee (Ron) walked out w/ another customer, when he was done, I asked him for help. Ron was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He was more than happy to assist us, walked us through the tests, what he was doing, what we should see, what he found. He also suggested what part to buy and why. Ive been a long term customer and this was nearly my last until Ron stepped into the picture.

Patel, your review confuses me? You tell steven to be nice and then immediately state that AA is not running a charity. This is confusing because AA is not a charity, they are a business, so whats the problem? You gave a low review? This is why I hate when I look at reviews. Whinny little bitches like yourself that complain because thats what the world allows for now. For others who actually care about reviews, I live in Fairfax, but I travel to this AA because some of the employees do know what they are talking about. Never had a problem here.

Went to return some stuff with a valid receipt, but did not have the same credit card. Mac Dravers who claims to be the manager refused the return or even giving my an exchange or store credit. Why are businesses with this real bad customer service stay in business? Stay away from this location.

Always have the routine maintenance items and Ive had good luck with parts being available. The wait on line can be long at times if there are only one or two registers open and looking up parts for people.

Stay away... I have been here 2 days in a row to get my battery replaced but they always have some excuse or the other. Would give them a negative rating but cannot.

They usually have what I need. Staff is friendly, but the place is occasionally understaffed, leading to long stand-around-in-line times.

They seem to always have the parts I need. The sales people are friendly and helpful. They will also loan tools if need be.
