I bought a battery and had it installed at Auto Zone. Unfortunately, the girl who installed the battery didnt do it correctly and my car ended up dying and I had to get it towed. The store manager handled the situation in an effective and a timely manner. I appreciate his professionalism and helpfulness under the unpleasant circumstances I experienced.

This place is pretty good... IT seems like every other time I am in here there is a huge line waiting at the counter. Although there are people stocking the shelves they must not be trained to use the computers because I stand in line and wait. Knowledge is fair on car information.

Good location, quality stuff. Bought battery here but the associate would not install. Told me to get to dealer for install. Went to Walmart and it was done in few minutes.

Very helpful staff, if they dont have the parts the store can have it delivered to the store next day if in stock at another local store.
