Came in to replace a battery that should still be under warranty and is the store brand. Rep behind the counter was very rude and would not warranty the battery because he could find if it was bought at that store. I do not know which store the battery came from therefore he said there was nothing he could do. Terrible service and bad store policy if it is actually one.

Came in for a simple battery replacement and turned into a hassle. First 2 older reps were just rude. Young guy, cant remember his name, seem to be the only competent one amongst them.
