I love the selection of wine they have. normally i would never complain, yet i had the worst experience there. The rudest woman in the world behind the counter. left some important documents there, and when I returned 10 minutes later to obtain them, the woman had the worst attitude in the world. Completely dismissive, rude, patronizing, and passive aggressive. She told me she had no idea who I was, and there is no way that she could have served me, because she was in the back. (unless she has an identical evil twin running around the store) Then she refused to allow me to speak with manager when I called, and hung up repeatedly. bad business my friend, bad business....she had the audacity to say she didnt owe anyone an apology. When i finally spoke with her superior (after 5 hang ups), he seemed receptive, yet still he attempted to give excuses by saying she was having personal problems!!! Too much

Dog friendly business. (Treats always handy.) Selection not as great as youd expect b/c of large retail space but still carry a lot more choices than anyone in neighborhood. Yes staff can be unfriendly/unhelpful but events like wine/whiskey tastings, their support of local entrepreneurs like the salsa/guac maker to sell her wares makes them a-ok for my needs.

With a limited selection of wine stores in the area Cabrinis has plenty to choose from and great prices. They deliver in the hood and offer a great loyalty program for frequent wine connoisseurs. The friendly staff is very knowledgable about all the great wines they offer. I love the great deals and discounted bottles constantly rotating.

Washington heights best kept secret. When I stumbled upon this a few months ago, I would never have believed this neighborhood would have such a lovely little store. And they deliver, too! The Heights never fails to surprise me. The people are also very nice, although yes, there is an overwhelming selection. As there should be.

HUGE selection of wines and spirits. Will have everything you need, particularly if Vines on Pine--a smaller, but also high quality wine shop on 184th St.--doesnt. Professional, well-versed staff. Frequent wine tastings add to the shopping experience.
