This store is convenient, friendly and professional. Specifically Travis (there are two gentlemen named Travis, one spells his name slightly different but both are all around good guys), They (Travis or any of the Crew) will go out of their way to help you find what you need and if they dont have it in stock (or cannot locate it when the computer says it should be in stock) they will do their best to get it to you as quickly as possible - either from another store or ship it to you at no charge. AND the prices here are competitive with all the major big box retailers. Its like what "Trak Auto" always wanted to be but never could. I have been shopping here for over five years and I will continue to do so until they give me a reason not to. I gave 4 out of 5 stars for two reasons (Attention Regional Manager) 1) The physical store needs to be updated (has not changed since "Trak Auto" went out of business). 2) The Crew is under staffed and over worked.

Do not waste your time going there! Bad service and the staffs are not helpful. I went there for a car battery, waited a while finally a staff came by and asked me the make/model, then he just said they dont even carry the battery and walked away. I will never go back to this store again! Btw, the battery that I needed was a group 24, not a particularly hard to find one!

I placed an order online for 4 air filters (cabin and engine for 2 vehicles). The inventory online said that it was "in stock". I arrived the next day to pick them up and it was not ready even though they have a 30 minute pick up window. The staff there could only find 2 of the filters I needed even though the in store inventory said they had the others in stock.

Horrible place! The costumer service is awful. Even the "manager" Christine offered no help at all. She was less intelligent than the motor oil on the shelf. She had a bad attitude and her co-worker behind the desk was even worse. This location is a black eye on the entire chain. I will never step foot in any Advance location again.

Dont go. I went to store and made a purchase, I ended up didnt use that part and trying to return it. the Manager refused to return it because it is used. He explained to me it is the policy and he blamed me not verify the product when I purchase it. what kind of customer service is this?

Been here half a dozen times, when I needed help the staff has been useful. Had to return something (wrong specs, my fault), they were cheerful and very easygoing about it.

Helpful employees. Needed a new rear windshield wiper blade and they helped me get the one I needed for my car and even installed it for me.

Unless you know they have it and know where it is, dont bother. The staff act as if theyve never wrenched on a car before.
