Just terrible 1.)I came in the other day to buy some cloths as they were marked "Winter Gear 50 % off or more" & when I went to checkout the lady told me they "hadnt marked it right" & that this piece was original price, I let it slide & only got the equipment I needed & when I wanted to use my "Shop your way" Base points (that I got an email saying I had 5.00 $ in Base points & 15$ in surprise points) they told me that the machine wouldnt let them take my points off, at this point I was literally pissed. I left everything & went back home, I tried coming back once more to buy a present. 2.) A present for my mother I had bought her a cooking set Brand New gave her the receipt & gift Receipt she wanted to return it as she had already bought one she came in with the receipt to return & the manager told me that he couldnt return it if the receipt was in bad condition!!! (It was only a little wrinkled!!!) I Was Infuriated !! I pleaded & told them to look it up and they said they could but it wasnt enough proof?, that was my breaking point I left that store with my mother & never went back since, now im only going to Wal-Mart Marshall,price chopper or any other store, Worst experience to this day & its just not me its literally dozens of costumers each day.

Lousy customer service. I was overcharged and returned twice to the store to have them fix their mistake. They have still not done anything to fix this so I will not be shopping there again.

Kmart will be the only anchor store left at Via Port Rotterdam. This store is hiring people. I saw signs there that says "Were Hiring." Kmart will be the surviving store in the mall.

Mangement and customer service need a real lesson on how to deal with customers and people and general. No wonder they closed half of their stores with them being managed like this

Just your normal run of the mill Kmart store, nothing too special. They have a lot of items that one looks for in a store such as this and the prices are good.

manager is disrespectful . workers should have more excitement working there instead of being moody and giving coustomers attitude . never going there again!

One of the last Kmarts in the area. They normally have great prices but often have better sales. They have good prices on their personal generic brand.
