If you want to be screamed and yelled at by the "Loss Prevention" staff (whose photo is attached) when you are tying to defend your own rights, then please go ahead and shop at Sears! We bought a Bosch dishwasher two weeks ago in the store, and was informed by the Sears staff that we would receive a rebate on the installation charges. When we were filling out the rebate form provided by Sears, we realized that the purchase date was actually outside the period eligible for a rebate. Realizing that the staff made a mistake and provided us with wrong information, we decided to go back to the store and see if they could do anything for us. The first staff we talked to advised that if we failed getting a rebate after contacting Bosch, Sears would issue a refund for us. However, when we demanded a written restatement of his words from his manager, the real issue came. The manager of the appliances department (wish I had found out her name) refused to offer a written statement or issue any refund for us at all. She even scolded the first staff we spoke to right in front of us for providing us the information he did! She the told us that she did not want to speak to us anymore and wanted to be "left out of this problem". Realizing that she was not even trying to help us solve the issue, we demanded to speak to another manager of the store Sylvia, which she refused as well... Then she called in this self-acclaimed "loss prevention" staff who claimed that we were threatening the safety of his manager and would remove us from the store. He followed us in the store and yelled at us at the same time. After three hours in the store and being harassed by this staff, we were finally able to speak to Sylvia, who apologized and gave us the refund. The very first apology we have received in the three hours being there... We were able to get the money back in the end after the three-hour battle with Sears. But we feel extremely disrespected by the staff working at Sears and will never spend a penny there again. Shame on you, Sears!

We ordered tires online and when we showed up for our appointment to have them installed we were rudely told the tires were not in stock and no one could help us or tell us when they would arrive. We asked about a refund and were told they didnt handle refunds. We called the central customer service number when we got home for a refund and the agent we spoke to called the store for us and even she was given the run around. First she was told they had the tires then when she asked them to check she was told they didnt have the tires when she asked for the manager the people on the phone in the store hung up on her if Sears employees cant get treated with respect than theres no reason to believe you will be. We will never shop here again.

bought appliances from this shop, delivery ok. then items were recalled, so i exchanged them within 30 days. and the nightmare begins... calls to the store are never picked up by the right dept, my salesman quit without arranging for my returns. salespeople are pretty useless when you ask for assistance. manager no help either. calling any customer service number leads nowhere. they are prompt to notify you of a purchase but nowhere to be found on a fair return. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Sears will probably go bankrupt soon anyways. try your neighborhood appliance shop. this is not worth your trouble!

WE ORDERED A BILLIARDS TABLE TWO WEEKS AGO . One its a 70$ service fee and we still havent gotten the right delivery. Two times weve been delivered just the legs of the pool table. What are we going to do with the legs of a pool table, without the TABLE it self? Not only have my parents contacted customer service more than three times, we also went to the store ourselves to make sure that our order came correct. If I can rate it 0 stars I would. Dont order from this Sears.

I dealt with 3 hours of anger and exhaustion dealing with Nadia was horrible and then dealt with suppose store manager he stuck his middle finger up and then solutes to me so Incase the cameras saw him then cursed me out HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .........even corporate called the store and the employees kept hanging up the phone .....

The horrible experience was not just with the store sales employees but also the rudest office worker that I have ever dealt with by the name of Rita.

I bought a watch for myself, the bracelet has to fit my wrist so the employee told me to pick up the watch after few day she gave me the receipt .. She said theyll call me if its ready to be pick up.. Its now almost 3 weeks.. Im tired of eating and calling the Fine Jewelry Department..
