If I will tell everything that i didnt like about that company it will be longest review ever! I would basically advise everyone not to go there. Their customer service disgusting, stuff that they sell - junk. I ordered delivery and they promised to deliver my washing mashine on Tuesday, then they told me that they dont have my item yet and I have to wait for Wednesday. When I called them on Wednesday they said that they FORGOT (!!!) the item in a warehouse and I will get it on Thursday. And I got it!!! Demaged! It looked like it was returned from one of their customers for some reason and they decided to give it to me. It was wet inside, some dents on a back etc... When I called them, they tried to convince me that it is supposed to be like that (!!!) so I had to send them photos of all the demages on the mashine. I have to admit, they dont know how to talk to customers - I felt like they tried to make fun of me, what made me really mad. They brought me another mashine next day to replace broken one, but anyway I had too much headache with them. I found another review of that company here, which was written long time ago. Unfortunately i didnt see it earlier, so I wouldnt deal with them.

you want to save a bit of $ - you will end up losing hours+$ I dealt with them in person - terrible!!! save your self the 10% you want to save and go with a big established merchant! But overall due to the very nature of how the merchant conducts business - I would not wish this upon enemies In fact per further investigation - its a "fly by night" store - that sells items mostly online - charges unsuspecting clients a high shipping fee and hopes that all will be fine - if a client like us wants to make a return - he will accept it + charge a 25% restocking fee + keep earned money for shipping and makes a profit and apparently as per our witnessing has people that re-box the units and to ship them out to new unsuspecting clients again; when too many complaints roll in - the owner changes the name of the store, establishes a new merchant account with credit cards - and starts fresh all over again... People disclose this theme and complain here and there - but we are all divided... Unsuspecting clients that want to save 10% - get caught in this deal. I will see how my story ends - likely in small claims court... Never will I shop from a small merchant like that again.

Bought a brand new 6000btu a/c for my room that is 10x12ft. It says clearly on the box and I was reassured by the owner that it would be strong enough. When I installed it I put it on medium and the room didnt cool off. The next day that it was hot and I used the a/c was less then 2 weeks later. I put it on blasting this time, yet the room only chilled off. I have a 5000btu in my other room and its 3 years old and works better than the brand new 6000btu. Lets cut to the chase. I kept the box, every screw, plastic and didnt even drill it into window. I call this guy up and he says I cant even exchange it for a bigger one. No exchanges whatsoever, when it clearly states that theres exchanges welcome. Horrible. Dont go there for anything. The only reason I even went there was because I was desperate and it was after 7 and there was no way I could make it to Walmart or another store that was still open. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs.

My experience with the store was excellent! I had a problem with HomeDepot delivery of the appliances (both oven and dishwasher were dropped off, not installed and ended up being damaged). I was pressed for time for picking and delivering the new dishwasher and oven. It was end of December, holidays and vacations and all. The sales person was very attentive and showed available choices with the next day delivery. I had a limited window for the delivery.. The owner ended up delivering the items himself to make sure that my installer does not charge me for waiting for the appliances. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Despite the bad reviews, i had a pleasant experience. The sales people spent HOURS with my husband and I giving us advice and guidance for appliances for our new home. unlike typical stores where they push you for more expensive stuff, these guys actually talked us into less expensive, but better quality items which we didnt consider. Delivery was a bit problematic, they had to re-schedule twice, but in spite of that, they were professional, polite and responsive, so that made up for the troubles. Overall, i would recommend them for my friends. prices were the best we found.

Just paid for my own mistake dealing with a business without reading reviews. Now at least I understand, that Im not the only victim of customer service "a la russ". First they failed to schedule the delivery due to Jewish holidays, ok no problem, then they scheduled it for a week later. On the day of the delivery with was supposed to occur between hours of 11 am and 5 PM, which is not even a 4 hour window, they called to reschedule at 2:30pm. On my question "what is your name", I was told, that it didnt really matter. Needless to add anything else.

I was a bit wary shopping there considering reviews, yet they are local shop for me and had microwave I wanted for next day. Went surprisingly smoothly - i got it as promised afternoon next day with no hiccups. Wish they had better display, but I guess its a price to pay for lower retail markups. Overall good experience.
