I bought a Value Shed from Home Depot in Eatontown in September 2015 and it was installed 3 weeks later. The woman at the courtesy desk in Home Depot, I think her name is Amy, was wonderful. She went over all the details, prices and decisions that had to be made about my shed. The shed arrived by truck after the confirmation call the day before. Two guys built it on my property. They were efficient and polite. It took no more than 2 hours, they leveled it perfectly, attending to each detail as I requested. It as perfect! From ordering in the Home Depot store to the delivery and construction, I would have to say it was an EXCELLENT experience. We LOVE our 8 x 8 Value Shed, it is a strong structure, SO WELL MADE!! I recommend Home Depot, Eatontown NJ and their Value Shed installers with a 5 star review!! I would give them 10 stars if they had it!

FLOORING - Carpet ordering easy, of course, handing over money is usually welcomed. Measurement service for carpet install also pretty good. Friendly and timely. Installation service poor. Received a call morning of install, well be there between 2-6pm. Wife had already taken day off to accomodate install before guests coming. No show installers, no answer on calls. Store said to call measuring company. Measuring company most helpful in that they at least tried calling installer, then called store. Still no answer from installer. This is $3k+ install. Will NEVER use their service again. It is irrelevant that they use 2nd or 3rd party installers. It all reflects on Home Depot, they choose their installation services.

Cheryl in the blinds and shades department is the most efficient and pleasurable salesperson one can have working with/for you. Cheryl is totally knowledgeable about her product lines, delivery times, and has an encyclopedia memory of shadings. She knows what products her lines have on sale, when they are on sale, and what might be best for your needs. Cheryl is an absolute joy to deal with. I am not related to Cheryl and I am only acquainted with her by her Home Depot job and my purchase of shadings.

Purchased kitchen appliances there, Dishwasher, Refrigerator and two ovens. From start to finish the whole experience was a nightmare! Appliances delivered before the measurements were done. I know the installs are done by sub-contractors which are just plain terrible. I had to pay my own plummer and electrician to actually do the installations. I also was delivered the wrong refrigerator. Just wayyyy to many issues to go into. Just a miserable experience.

The manager Sean does not have the time of day for anyone. He refused to come over to assist me get something off the shelf. An cashier told me that no one was in plumbing at the time so called for Sean to come help. He never came. Sean waited at the other end of the store on his phone. And only finally came over after I was helped. Several employees told me that he does that regularly. So much for demonstrating great customer service.

Went in for an item which I had looked up before going to the store. On line said the item was in stock. When I got to the store I could not find the item. I was approached by a gentleman named Bob ( I believe he was a store manager) he took me to the area where the item should have been and it could not be found. He offered me an item which was more expensive at the lower price. Good move good customer service. Thank you Bob.

Typical HD in shopping experience. Tried to follow up on my custom order by phone it was very difficult. Long wait times. Called put on hold and no one came to phone. Left messages with no call back. Shopping at store is OK. If you need to follow up your order by phone good Luck. Be prepared to waste a lot of time
