Absolutely, hands down the BEST customer service I have ever received in a sales transaction. Being in sales myself, I dread when the day comes to purchase another vehicle. This was not the case with Carstars. They were able to take my vehicle in on trade, get me into the vehicle of my dreams and even recommended me to a local credit union that beat out my current banks rates for used car financing! When it comes to loyalty, integrity and an all around superb sales experience, you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not give Carstars a chance first. Kody, my salesperson handled the deal with honesty and was incredibly amazing with his knowledge of the vehicle I purchased. Jen, was incredibly fast in working the accounting and administration which had us in and out in literally an hour! You guys are great people and deserve the absolute best. The community is a better place with your honest business principles.

The Carstars are a true small town auto dealership. They are definitely not a hack shop, likes you will find on any auto strip area in America. What you see is definitely what you get. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander. I took it to the Jeep dealer in Oly to have the pre-purchase inspection which found a few issues. They were willing to working with me on repairing the issues or working the repairs into the price base on the findings(I chose the latter). All in all a good experience. Kody and Jennifer are nice folks and I feel I got a fair deal.

Easy,stress free experience. I went to carstars to check out a car i saw on craigslist. When i got there, i met Jen who was a very nice and did not pressure me at all. after taking the car for a test drive , Jen sat me down,talked with me and got me the best financing for my credit score. I have an affordable payment and a car i love. a few weeks later i referred a friend and they gave me a $100! Jen told me this is a family owned business and i could tell because there was no hassle and no pressure. Thanks Jen and the carstars!

Carstars in Roy is amazing! Kody, the sales manager was knowledgeable and upfront. He was very personable and we enjoyed working with him. When it came time to do the financing, Jen was great. She was quick and efficient. She answered all our questions and made the whole process stress free. As a general rule we hate car shopping but my husband and I had a great time. The staff were friendly and funny. We got a great car and made some great friendships. So glad to have an honest, friendly business in Roy!

Stopped at Carstars to see the Toyota Celica gt they had and met Kody. Kody new alot about Celica and said it was 1st day on lot. I just wrecked my legacy and was in love with this Celica. Kody and I drive to show my father and YES he approved. We drove back and purchased. Jen was awesome in finance and was able to get me an affordable warranty for engine. Best experience buying my first Dodge 24v crewcab. Jen did all the leg work and did everything she possibly could do to get me into a newer truck then what I had. They took my trade in with with no problems and in no time I had the keys to my new to me truck. This place is family friendly and serves the customer like they have known you forever. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new set of wheels to visit them. Too notch in my book!

This was my first time trying to finance a car. I was getting denied by companies and getting high interests rates, even though I have a good credit score. These guys worked with me when I had barely any money to put down, they worked hard to find the lowest rates and they were patient with me the entire process! I am in love with my Jeep and I would definitely go here again in the future!

We were told the car needed a window motor and that theyd take care of it. Jen said shed order the part and call us when it arrived so we could schedule a weekend to bring it back to be repaired. Weeks went by with no call so we called them to check on it. Now they say theyll only order the part, but wont fix it. Would have purchased here again soon but no longer trust their word...

Worst dealership ever, they agreed to repair a few dents on the van, and had some nobody do the work and got my car back painted two different colors and headlight painted, taillights painted, my back glass has sanded marks, and the trunk looks like a 2 year painted, if you would like to see pictures there on my facebook, please dont waste your time, go somewhere else.

We bought a car here about a month ago. Ive waited to write a review because I wanted to see if the car was going to keep running as good as it was the day we left with it. I am happy to say the car we bought still runs great. We live in Chehalis so it was a long drive but worth it. They were nice and we never felt pressured. We will refer family and friends to them.

I got my Audi from the Carstars in Roy. Kody walked me through the process and offered me financing options. I already had a loan from my bank so i stuck with mine and they worked with me a little on the price. It made all the difference as i would have had to go somewhere else. Overall a great experience I am going there now to pick up my new plates.

We were looking for our 16 year olds first car. Found one on Craiglist for a great price. The sales staff were friendly and very efficient. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We were in and out in less than an hour. We WILL be back when our daughter turns 16 next year. Thanks Carstars!
