We bought a matching sofa,love seat, and recliner almost 3 years ago. We had an issue with the couch about a month after we bought it. It was something that needed to be repaired and someone was sent out and it was fixed promptly. Then a couple of months ago our cat scratched the love seat. I went into the store and the ladies were very helpful and gave me a copy of our receipt and a phone number to call. I called and they sent someone out, he looked at it and ordered the part. It came a week or two later and he came back out and replaced it. I cannot say enough good things on how great they handled our situations, both the front office and the repair people. Thumbs up to Quakertown Ashleys!!!

Absolutely amazing! I am so lucky to have come across Ashley home store as well as being assisted by Jose and his staff who was extremely patient, kind and offered the best customer service. He helped me find the perfect pieces for our home. First store i went to, and the last one as well - ended up buying my entire home furnishings from here. Could not express further how much I would recommended this place to anyone. We got a lazy boy and a sofa Amazing selections, amazing customer service! Wouldnt ask for anything more. I was here for less then one hour .The 5 stars doesnt do it any justice, it deserves more. :) 10/10 would absolutely recommend! You wouldnt regret it

After trying to find sofas amongst the totally unrelated items with no rhyme or reason, we found a decent sofa. We then walked around for 15 minutes trying to find a salesperson to help us. After giving all info to complete the sale (this took over one hour, no kidding) and agreeing on a price, they had us apply for what was supposed to be 12 months 0% financing. Just as we were about to sign, read the agreement only to see it was for 6 months. The management was not even apologetic but in fact quite rude. We cancelled the sale and went to Raymour and Flannigan where we actually got a better sofa with excellent customer service.

I purchased a sectional sofa from this location and was met with excellent customer service, particularly from the store manager, Jess Voorhees. Although we had to wait for our sectional (some pieces are on back order), they delivered well before the estimated date which was appreciated. When we decided we didnt like one of the pieces, they exchanged it for a different piece no questions asked. And when two of the pieces had manufacturer issues, they agreed to come replace the pieces and take the old ones away. To hassle, no problem....just superior customer service. Very pleased.

THE MANAGER STOLE MY BABY!! lol It was probably one of the best experiences Ive ever had purchasing something. My sales rep was helpful and took the time making sure we knew what we are getting. Not pushy at all! My 6month old fell in love with the manager. They basically cuddled for 30 minutes after the sale. I will be returning for my living room set soon.

You cant beat the prices here for the quality of furniture. We have 2 microfiber couches that are now 12 years old and still look incredible. We also have a beautiful burnt orange cozy chair and went back here to buy mattresses. We love the layout and lighting of the store, the cool style, the selection, the no-pressure staff and more.

My experience with Ashley furniture was totally deceiving. They use saleswomen who are trained to deceive senior citizens. Miss Jessica was a lying, conivening women. She lied about everything pertaining to my furniture purchase. And she conned me into believing I was purchasing my furniture.!

Cheap furniture that lasts just as long as you would expect. Bought 2 couches a few years ago. After 3 months the cushions were shot. Lessons learned. Spend a few extra dollars and get stuff that will last longer.
