Wasnt going to bother with this but then I saw the review from R. Hayes and had to chime in as I had a very similar experience. Except I was worse, apparently, as I broke the no pictures rule which was clearly posted on the door on a piece of paper that was falling off. My husband was not with me so I thought Id take a few pictures of some sets I liked to share with him later, you know, when I got back to my evil lair where I would plot the downfall of Ultimate Patios. Except sadly, I do not have an evil lair I only have a house. And maybe we would have considered buying one of their super expensive sets because they do seem like good quality and are made in the USA which is important to me. But not now. Im probably blacklisted there. Im giving it 1 more star than the other reviewer because they do have some really nice stuff attractively displayed. Note to the owner: your competition is NOT other patio stores like yours of which there are very few in the area, its Home Depot and Sears who have all their prices clearly displayed both in the store and on the internet. And their minimum wage employees are maybe not the most knowledgeable but usually are friendly and try to be helpful. You need to convince people your stuff is worth the extra $, which means your customers need to take pictures and notes then go think about it after going back to HD / Sears / Boscovs and comparing the quality.

I have NEVER, EVER been treated so horribly by a business before. My husband and I spent a SIZABLE amount of money with Ultimate Patios and owed a final payment (which was minimal compared to our total purchase). Gail, the owner, emailed me to let me know that our final check had bounced. I emailed her back to confirm that I would look into it and get it resolved. I was traveling for business but called our bank and figure out that it was indeed our fault that the check had bounced. I was planning on stopping by her store to deliver the final payment when my husband received a call from a police officer. Gail never once called my husband or I to inquire about the status and only waited 5 days before calling the police on a customer that spent an amount that I genuinely wish we had given to another business. We will of course finalize our payment but will never be back and will definitely warn people to never go there. My Father has been in retail for 50+ years and would never, ever treat a customer this way. What an absolute horrible businesswoman.

We were in this week and the owner could not have been nicer. We knew we were looking to replace our Winston patio furniture with another Winston set. I do not want to make such a large purchase online, so I was hoping to see some pieces on display. They have several pieces and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had just started our search so we were not ready to buy that day but they spent a lot of time pricing out everything we wanted and we were very happy with the price. They were very gracious when we told them we were not ready to make a purchase that day. This is a store that has quality outdoor furniture at reasonable prices. If you are looking for furniture that will last a couple of years, go to your local chain store. If you want items that will last (our current Winston sling furniture has lasted 19 years) go to Ultimate Patios. I will definitely be returning to make a purchase.

The owner, Gayle I believe, was miserable to deal with. We were very excited about our purchase, which she informed us she would follow up on two days after buying. A week went by and we never heard from her. We called to check and she was not nice and said it was out of her control with no offer to follow up with us once she heard back from the vendor on a delivery date. We called back a few days later to find out the order status and she was again, rude. Two weeks go by and she calls us to cancel the order because we called her twice to follow up on the status of our very expensive purchase. Come to find out(NOT from the owner) no one had ordered this product from her in over three years and the vendors terms had changed so she was not making any money off of our order. Lying to your customers is horrible practice. What a shady business! DO NOT purchase from here!

Was just in this store today and had a terrible experience. The owner is miserable. My husband and I were the only two in the store (should have been our first hint) and as we were looking around, we saw a dining set we liked. We have been looking for outdoor furniture for awhile and so we were writing down the price so we have a comparison to other sets we have seen. You would have thought we were trying to take the entire set out the back door the way the owner reacted. She said it was "unusual" for anyone to write down prices and that her prices were "confidential". We left immediately. As my husband said, he wouldt buy a pack of gum from that witch. BTW, no wonder she wants her prices confidential, she is robbing people blind.

Bought a patio umbrella from Ultimate Patios the distributors name is Treasure Garden. We didnt even get 2 summers of use before the rope that pulls up the umbrella broke. The store gave us no satisfaction and told me that there was only a 1 year warranty so I called Treasure Garden and they just about said ...too bad! We took it apart to look at the rope and it had just deteriorated. My opinion is that the product I bought was defective as the store owner said she had heard of no other problems. For customer satisfaction I think that we should have been compensated somehow. Will never go back and will spread the word about the poor customer service. Beware of products distributed by TREASURE GARDEN.

I got to watch how the products were put together carefully at the store or at the homes of her customers. She is very hands on with her company. Excellent knowledge of the products. Dont go. Blond woman, perhaps the owner, interrupted my initial question to go answer the phone. When she did speak with me, she was rude, condescending and curt as I suppose my initial price range wasnt worthy of a respectful conversation. Answered my questions with much disdain. Ruined my morning. wouldnt give any stars if I didnt have to.
