Took my 458 in for service and was greeted by Nicholas Dwyer. He made me feel like I was at home. While my car was there he kept me informed throughout the process. I recieved a call when my vehicle was ready and it was as promised. When I arrived Nick was busy so Larry Suarez took care of me and was really professional. Amanda was also really helpful and asked me if I needed anything while I waited. I will definitely return for service. Also I had a couple of questions and Dale had no problem with answering them and was curtious even though I took some of his time.

Talk about rude. So I was in there the other day with my fiancé and there were four employees there and not one of them said hi/bye or even cared to come and ask us if we had any questions. This is all coming from a person with high expectations for customer service. I get it, its a Ferrari dealership...whoop-di-doo, I guess the average looking joe cant go into a "high-class" without receiving some sort of service with "low-class" behavior. I also greatly appreciated all the disrespectful looks we were receiving. Pleasure not doing business with you!

Loved the showroom. Walking into ferrari the first thing that really struck me was the attentiveness of the staff. The showroom collection was wonderful as there is nothing like seeing the 488 in person.
