This Walmart is THE WORST I have ever been to. For one, every time I go to buy diapers they never have any of the size in stock for my daughter if I try and do another brand still no diapers in her size!. Half of the time the employees dont know where ANYTHING is in the store. Not even a manager could help me. Just recently I went to go buy my daughter a thermal toddler cup for her. Of course they didnt even have any on the shelves when it clearly says on their website that they are in stock. For the pass two in a half weeks I have gone three times to try and get some. Two employees and a manger all said the same thing... To come back another time and try again. Also with price matching. I had already price match this item a few days before, I wanted to get a couple more, but when I was ready to check out and pay they rejected me!!!! Sat there for a hour trying to get to the bottom of it and ended up having to walk out.

I just stopped by today to drop off motor oil. As I pulled up a girl rudely told me to drop off my oil and park over there. As I continued to ask, in disbelief of the way I was being spoken to, she repeated herself 3 times, getting ruder each time. I went in and complained to a manager and his response was - yes she has an attitude and is edgy sometimes. EXCUSE ME?!?!?! Not acceptable. Castle Rock is a more affluent area and my wife and I refuse to be treated this way. My wife has also received horrible customer service and complained. I agree with another reviewer - the associates there seem to hate their jobs. Well you know what - FIND ANOTHER ONE. Its families like us that keep this Walmart in business and pay your salaries! No one deserves to be spoken down to - I wont get into economic structure - but I dont know where they find these associates at - they need to learn some manners.

The lackadaisical approach to customer service is laughable if it werent so pathetic! Today they only had grocery lines open and each was 7-10 deep. I made a comment to the customer service counter and the response was nobody cares. I brought my merchandise home (a small build it yourself shelf) only to find it had obviously been returned previously, several pieces were missing abs it was just thrown back in the box. When I came back again I was angry from the first visit, then to find I brought home defective merchandise, karma I guess? Ill NEVER step foot back in that store and Ill do my best to deter everyone I know from going there as well! !!

Every time i come here...when i go to the sewing/fabric section it takes forever to get someone to help me. If i could do it myself i would. The last time i went i waited for nearly 30 minutes for someone to come. Also...same issue with photo section...i get that they may be short staffed...but they need to figure that out. If you tell someone youre going to go get someone to help me...and no one shows up for over 10 minutes...then maybe there should be a photo section or a fabric/sewing section. Clearly the customer service here is non existent. However...the employees are generally nice.

Almost every employee believes they are the gate keeper to what customers will get, have help on or, information given. Dont even bother calling corporate first because the employees make the rules. Managers are even worse. Little people with little power and they will grab whatever power they can exude over the customers. Many of the staples I used to get at this store are never on the shelves. Even if you ask an employee and they check, if their inventory says they have some, they will not bother to look for it or order more.

This store always seems to have issues, mainly with customer service though. Im usually not one to complain: however, not only are some of the checkers rude, but they seem to hate their job. People, you have a job and this is not rocket science. A little customer service and a smile go a long way!!!!!!!! I am in customer service for 30 years and would never treat customers the way they do. We are a family of 6 and only shop at Walmart to save a little. I think I would rather spend more and shop at Target.

Walmart has always priced matched items from other stores with an ad and it still states this is their policy online. However the Walmart in Castle Rock, CO posted a sign that Walmart no longer price matches and then said it was now the policy for all stores. When I pulled up the policy on walmart webpage at the check out that showed they state they do price match they still refused to honor the policy. What happened to truth im advertising. Maybe you should update your company webpage when making changes.

Not entirely sure why this particular Walmart is getting such bad reviews. Ive really only had issues with their Garden department. Where no one was available to check out with and I had to drag a bunch of heavy stones to the front check out area. Aside from that, its really been a standard Walmart experience. I dont think anyone expects much from the king of savings when it comes to customer service, but we shouldnt expect less either.

This walmart is always stalked with everything i need , always clean and has mostly friendly staff. Ive been going to this walmart for 13 years now and still am, and the service has always been fantastic for me. Prices are perfect for the great quality and quantity that you might need and they are open 24/7 which is always convinient :) Thank you walmart for being there for me and my family when we need you !!!

Absolutely terrible customer service we waited in line at the customer service desk for over 20 minutes and we were second in line when I went to inform a manager that his customer service clerk was in need of help as a lion have become 15 people long he looked at me like I had inconvenienced him. I have never been a big fan of Walmart but currently I believe that is the worst one I have ever been to

Horrible service! Racist & RUDE! I went to self check out & rang up all my stuff. While I was getting my groceries & noticed the lady who greets people was telling all the white people to have a nice day & then they left. As soon as I was done paying, I was stopped I told she had to check my receipt & items. I felt singled out & waited to see if she checked anyone else. NOPE

Got a text alert that the picture book I ordered on line was ready to pick up. Got here and the employee said he didnt know how to assemble it and I would have to come back in 45 minutes to pick it up! I asked customer service about this and they said no one knows except this one particular employee how to assemble the picture book. Horrible customer service!!
