Every time we go to this location the staff do nothingbut lie and deceive. Most recent example: went in to upgrade our phones. Sold me a lifetime warranty screen protector. 1. Said screen is curved on this phone which is FALSE. Galaxy edge is curved. 2. Said there are no ither protectors for this phone which is FALSE. Husband ordered one on amazon. 3. Lady put it on so quick there were bubbles in it n hastily said they come out within a few days. Screen protector shattered not a month later while phone was in my hand. How does that happen. Went to get a refund bc I dont want to replace it every month if it breaks and Monica said they cant refund bc its a screen protector and said there are no other protectors for this phone. Refer to 2. She had no argument. Also I told her I dont want to keep coming in to replace it, I want a refund. She pulls a " well we had a bad batch so I can replace it for you. " are you kidding me?! Good quick lie. This store sucks. Staff always deceive and dont care about you. They want commission. Go to the Lone Tree store. This one is 3rd party.

This has been an absolute nightmare. First they sold me a phone that is the exact same phone I traded in. They said it had more memory etc. It is the same phone! I traded in a phone that was almost paid off for a phone with more payments. I never got the gift card from Sprint that they promised, and they told me the kids phones were "free" in all actuality they are a 2 year lease and wait there is more! My salesperson forgot to ad the insurance on to my account and now I have two damaged phones and no insurance. I went to the store that I bought them at and my salesperson moved to a different store and I was told I needed to go find him. To make matters worse, I was on a payment plan last month but ended up not needing it, I paid my bill in full, however they did not remove the payment plan and still charged me, literally the same day I paid them. Now that I need the payment plan they tell me that I can not have it because I didnt follow through with the last one...I paid it in full early! I am seriously thinking of going to Verizon today.

DO NOT BUY FROM MONICA VALDEZ . She is the worst . Rips you off sooo bad . Thought we had a good deal $180 for 3 lines , with the unlimited freedom plan w/ free iPhone 6. NOPE turned out we had to pay $180 for line and pay each phone AND on top of all of that they add service fees $20, she added protection plan $40 (which doesnt do anything because you still have to pay $200 if phone breaks or anything so insurance plan is only a discount) but she added it without our permission, AND she downloads apps and games without permission that costs money and you have to pay separately not on bill and if you dont they charge $20 late fee each day its late. RIP OFFS . Especially Monica . THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEY SCREW YOU OVER. Ended up paying $350 MONTH FOR A PHONE Bill !!!! And only 3 lines. Cant cancel because its $3000 . She also changes her words and story all the time.

This store was terrible, dishonest and staff were undereducated when we switched from AT&T to Sprint. We recently tried to upgrade our phones here and had the exact same experience. I would not recommend going here. We had excellent service at the Sprint store in Lone Tree, CO by Super Target. They are an actual Sprint store. Come to find out the store in Castle Rock is a third party store. Employees were very rude, unhelpful, told us inaccurate information and made me want to terminate my service with Sprint all together. Thank goodness for the other corporate Sprint store. I am so disappointed with this store. At least there is a pattern of poor service over the years with this store. Great consistency in that area.

These people are in the business of ripping people off and telling lies to convince you to purchase products. Even if you have been a loyal customer for years, they will still rip you off. Sprint cant/wont help because these guys are a THIRD PARTY store. I tried to return an otter box that broke the 2nd day I had it and the associates said I cant return it, but could try to contact otterbox to see if they would replace it. Even though I stressed that I did not want a replacement just a refund, the associates told me to just try and sell the new one that otterbox MIGHT send me. This is just one of too many problems with the store. I suggest everybody make the trip to the actual Sprint stores. These people are borderline evil.

Messed up every possible thing they could mess up. Switched from AT&T to a family plan and the rep knew none of the questions I was asking, he didnt seem like he care either.Tried to sell me a 16 gb iPhone instead of the 64 I requested. Then put one phone on a family plan by itself and put the other phone on a separate line to charge me more. When I came back to the store after having a customer service rep fix these issues to turn in my final AT&T bill they neglected to send it in. If all of this was left untouched Id currently owe AT&T and sprint collectively $2000 because of their negligence. DO NOT visit this location.

Great job!! We were traveling through the area from Nashville, TN and needed tech support on our Wi-Fi hotspot. We stopped in by chance to see if they could help us and Monica was spot on! She knew exactly what we needed to do to fix our technical issue and her enthusiasm and positive attitude made us feel very welcome! The other team members were nice and very hospitable! Made me proud to be a Sprint customer! Thanks Castle Rock!!! #GreatCustomerService

Had an issue updating my new galaxy s8+, the team here was very helpful getting it all figured out. John was very helpful through the whole process, and Kenny came in with a creative solution that got the job done and saved me a week. Also, my fiance loves her new phone, they had everything transferred over from the old phone in no time. Thanks guys!

I have never had such great service. Gabriel was very thorough and helpful and helped my daughter and myself and went above and beyond. He helped us set everything up and put the cases on. Jordan was also very helpful. They both made me very glad that I finally switched from Verizon to Sprint! They also saved me money! Thank you Gabriel and Jordon!

Kenny was a great manager and helped me with all my needs! These guys are great!! I got my phone stolen on vacation and they helped me replace it even without insurance. Also I was not getting LTE on my new phone even though I had bars. They took the extra time to find the problem which was on the back end of Tech Support and solved the problem!!

I love my new phone and the service was great. I have had some bad experiences in the past with sprint and was hesitant to come back when my plan ended but I am glad I did. Gabriel salas helped us out and it was a great experience. I will definitely be back. Gabriel answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect phone. Thank you.
