If you are in a hurry, or have a last minute emergency with your phone do not come to this store. My husband broke his phone, while it was out of contract, and rather than pay the crazy insurance premium we were paying for a new phone, with a new two year agreement. We called the store at approximately 7:40, told them we were ten minutes away. I have worked in wireless retail stores before so I know that phone set ups can be lengthy, but I also know that the workers do get paid on commission in most cases, plus stores have wireless hit rates that they have to make. We arrive at the store at 7:50, the doors are locked, the associates are standing around customer service visiting. We pull on the door, and they continue to look at us, but ignore us. Last time I checked, and as I look at the store hours, the store closes at 8:00 pm. not 7:50, for those of you who have ever worked retail, most of you know that you can prep for closing, but you arent to lock those doors until the actual closing time. It would of been a sale, it would of been customer retention. Considering that my husband is active duty military and needs his phone because he is perpetually in an "on call" state, it probably would of been better of them to try to provide outstanding customer service, but alas they were obviously more concerned about their plans for the night. Dont get me wrong, nobody wants to work late, but when these situations happen, especially in wireless retail it is normally the responsibility of the management to provide leadership and customer service. We talked to the manager outside of the store. He said, the hours were what they were. Tho he closed 10 minutes early. Do not go to this store, do not provide them sales, or customers, if they arent willing to go the extra mile. I actually was a manager at an authorized wireless provider, and when these things happened, I would let the customer in ten minutes to close, and send the coworkers on their merry way. This is just ridiculous.

-AT&T has to be the absolutely worst service Ive ever seen on earth, and thats saying a whole lot. I just spent anywhere from 30 min - 1 hr on their website attempting to purchase a phone. The website kept trying to force me into buying a Family Plan instead of an individual plan and it took the majority of that time trying to wrestle out of that forced option. -Their plans are the worst rated I have ever seen, with all sorts of fees here and there and everywhere. You walk in thinking you are getting a $45 phone with a $39/month service plan, and at the end of the month you end up getting a $200 bill. Guess how long you have to return the phone and end the plan? Basically, the moment the bill comes in and you see what you are getting in for. -Whenever I go into the store, I feel like part of the cattle herd. As with cattle, we get a nice little number (usually punched on the ear, for cattle) or in some stores they ask our name, and we await our slaughter. It appears to me that such heavy business should have more employees. I absolutely abhor going into the stores. -Their coverage area; AT&T doesnt like sharing its network. Thus, sometimes when you have a different provider, you cant get reception where AT&T is. If you have AT&T, sometimes you dont have a signal where others do. One friend actually got a note from AT&T terminating service because of some kind of conflict with two providers in the same area. -AT&T is like Starbucks Coffee. Tastes terrible, over priced, over-crowded in the service department, but people seem to flock to it for no particular reason. -I strongly recommend looking into the StraightTalk plans. $45/mnth, absolutely no additional expenses whatsoever, regardless of how much you talk and use their plans. Nice comparible phone selection. And if you talk less, a nice generous 1000 minute plan for only $30/mnth.

Do not, I repeat, do go there and attempt to purchase anything unless you have done your research first. i.e. The reps cannot answer the most basic of questions. My husband told them he needed a tablet for watching television and playing games while hes on the road ( hes a truck driver) - so, dont you think it would have been proper for her to tell us that Samsung products do not come with Adobe Flash, and that Samsung has the blocked the option for it to be installed? Yes, of course it would, but she didnt. Then the manager flat refused my request for an upgrade, well...that is until he heard my husband wanted a tablet, then he offered us a deal of an early upgrade if we purchase a tablet. Can you say S.H.A.D.Y? I wanted to inspect the Galaxy S4 phone but the phone had been messed with so many times that the demo phone basically didnt work very well. When I asked the sales lady "how do I do this? or, " how can hear what the speakers sound like?" she shrugged her shoulders and said "well, I guess you cant really" WTH??? Needless to say the customer service there is terrible.

The personnel at this store, 1610 E. Cheyenne Mountain rd., are clearly sales oriented and not interested in providing true customer service solutions. Tony D. was the last rep that I interacted with, he was defensive, inept, incompetent, disinterested in my problem, condescending, and unhelpful. The important thing to know is that he started the problem on my account 90 days ago and refused to even try to fix or repair the inconvenience and loss of time to me. the other reps in the store were also unable or unwilling to step up and assist in finding a solution. I strongly recommend that no one use ATT as their cellular service provider. Even the national customer service reps on the phone were not overly interested in resolving the issues or taking my complaints seriously.

I was having trouble getting phone calls Starting in June 2013. It would beep that I had a message 3-4 hours after the call. I went to this store and they said that Colorado Springs has horrible reception and to deal with it. After 15 hours on the phone ATT said to buy a microcell at the store. They said they didnt have any and to call customer service. I called customer service and they said to go to the store. The store said call ATT. I spent 2 hours chatting and talking with ATT and they finally had a manager call the store and they said they do have them. This is Jan 2014 and I have to go to the store a 3rd time on the same mission to get calls to ring in real time and pay an extra $200 for the privilege.

Im suprised to see the reviews before mine. Ive been dealing with this store since it was at the other location and still a Cingular store. Picked up two more phones yesterday and the service was excellent as always, Our rep this time was Tony. He spent well over an hour with us making sure we got the upgraded phones that fit our needs and would work where ever we traveled in the U.S. The store was busy but well staffed, customers appeared to be well taken care of. Weve never had a problem in the ten + years weve been dealing with them and plan on staying with this group.
