DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I went in by myself because my husband had to work and we really needed a car because i had recently gone back to work and we only had one car for the both of us. They were very friendly at first, i picked a car they assured me it was a great car that worked great. it had a lot of miles on it but most of their cars did but they said over and over they were all "highway miles" They never give you an exact price. i asked many times how much the car cost and the guy who was in charge said " i dont want to tell you a number because im always working with the guys in finiancing to lower it as we go" I SHOULD HAVE LEFT THEN. Becuase im a girl and didnt really know what i was doing i bought the car at a ridiculous price and went home.(I KNOW THIS PART IS MY FAULT I SHOULDNT HAVE SIGNED ANYTHING ) There were a few minor things wrong with the car that they told me they would fix, all i had to do was bring it back when their mechanics were there and they would take care of it. My husband said i never should have bought the car at the price i did and went back 3 days later and tried to return the car and get my downpayment back. the same guy said NO! He would not let us return the car and get our money back, we could give the car back but he wouldnt give us our downpayment back, but they would still fix what was wrong with it and we could trade it for another car in 1 years time. i thought okay they will fix it and ill pay for it for a year then ill just trade it in. My husband takes it in Monday morning and leaves it there before work for them to fix it like the guy said. that evening he calls and asks if the car is ready, the guy who is in charge says that he got there at 1pm and no one told him about the car being there and he would make sure it was ready by tuesday at 6pm. Tuesday around 5pm my husband calls and when he told him who he was he just started laughing. he then proceeds to tell him that they were too busy that day to even look at the car and it was still sitting where he had left it and my husband could come and get it if he wanted. My husband then is angry and tells him why would he want to come get it if they havent fixed it and asked him what his word was worth since he had lied to him. They proceed to argue and my husband said a lot of things because he was angry. The guy said that he didnt make us buy a car from him and that we choose to. he also said my husband shouldnt have sent a woman to do a mans job and that when he said it was a good car he made a mistake. He also said he didnt have to do anything to help us because the car was already sold and not his problem anymore. Today is Thursday and my car is still sitting there and nobody has contacted me to say if my car has been fixed or not. My husband will be going up there when he gets off work. Also the girls in the front who answer the phones are extremely rude, especially one in paticular. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A WOMAN BY YOURSELF!! i gave one star because it makes you give at least one.... i would give this place NO stars if i could!

At first I was very grateful for their help getting me into a truck. I then experienced problems with my truck from day 3. It stalled 3 times. Fuel filter, fuel line flush, oil change, wiper fluid tank cracked, and NO heater. My fault for not checking it in Aug. I was told I was 2 payments behind, when Id called a double payment in my prior check. I was told it was in repo, even tho my next pyt was only 6 days late. Whatt?? 4 months after purchase, after the "repo" calls & texts from a NON-company phone #.(shady!!) I was unexpectedly gifted a vehicle with a clear title. I decided I would surrender the truck with over 250k miles, a disconnected odometer and a check engine light always on. Ohh, and lets be clear:25%interest!!! And a $400pyt on a decade+ year old ford The finance manager, Jonathan, told me "I know you didnt buy that truck for you.I knew it that day. You bought it for that guy you were with!" Umm, NOO..sir. I absolutely purchased it for MYSELF, drove it everyday. I let him know that was uncalled for. See my message below: "Jonathon: I do NOT appreciate your accusation that I misrepresented myself in regard to who I purchased the vehicle for. That was absolutely unprofessional and unsubstantiated. Further, auto insurance allows me to choose any licensed driver I wish to drive any vehicle registered to me. Lastly, "THAT GUY" is my partner of 3 years and doesnt need me to buy him a vehicle. He makes more than enough to buy his own. Not that its ANY of your business. Id suggest you keep your assumptions to yourself going forward. Ill be sure to hit review websites regarding this commentary. As far as the repossession is concerned:. A. You do not report to credit bureaus. Paying 25%interest is foolish when I OWN a car now. B. I am filing ch 7 in a few weeks. C. The fuel pump is going out, Ive invested $100s in repairs in 4 months. The heater does not work. No further communication will be needed after we conclude the surrender documents. I intend to cooperate fully and behave respectfully." Karla is fantastic and worked HARD for me. I hope she finds a reputable dealer to put her skills to work for soon. I was nothing but grateful. If youre DESPERATE like I was, then its fine for a minute. But they are nothing more than Aarons Rentacenter. Inflated prices on low quality inventory with no benefit to your credit rating, as they do not report. Stay clear.

Worst place ever. I purchased a car the end of Feb. Brown Explorer . The transmission went out the beginning of April. I still owe $14,000 on the truck. Sabador (the sells-man) Said bring it in to fix it. We took it in and after a week we called to see if it was fixed. We told we had to pay for it to get fixed too, but it would be separate from the car payments. When the car get fixed bring $200 plus my car payment and I can have the truck. I have been calling every other day to check on my truck and I was being told that the truck isnt fixed yet. They have had my truck for month now and I have been making payments up until FRI. I called today and They said I have to pay my note and for the car to be fixed before I get it back. I said I was going to come pick up my stuff. When I arrived my truck pulled up and is fixed. one of the employees was using it. WOW. Spend your money somewhere else.

I hate this company so much its not funny. I got my first pt cruiser from them and the oil pan with busted, I took it back and they said they fixed it and never did. That car was gone out. He said he can put me in a car for $500 down and that car was a piece of crap. I was paying way to much for a 2003 Honda civic but it was all I could get at that point. No one else would take $500 down. The steering wheel was locking up on me not even a month of having the Honda and he said the only was he can fix it is if I pay $400. I wasnt stupid and said no. All his cars have a check engine light on and he says dont worry about but you need too. I got tired of paying $300 a month plus $180 a month for car insurance for a car that gave me so much trouble, so I took it back. Im young and didnt know but that will never happen again. I wish I can give them 0 stars. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
