I just purchase a 2009 Toyota Venza from them on Christmas Eve. The check engine light came on. I took the car to auto zone to check it their system said something to do with the fuel. So their mechanic & the sales guy told us the car only need a fuel cleaner in it. So I purchase the fuel cleaner. Well I left with the car at 4 pm headed home. Smh because when I got ready to go out that evening which was at 5pm, the car shut completely down on us. Well we were without a car for Christmas. Call the sales guy on his cell he said dont call him call the business. I got up on Saturday after Christmas call them & was told someone would call me back. They came & towed the car back to the dealership, never telling me they picked it up until I called them to see why no one never returned my call about the car. Well they told me it was just the battery but the check engine light along with the VSC light was still on. We drove this car exactly 7 days when once again the car shut down on us again. This time I called & told Rus I was stranded. He offer to send a tow truck to come get the car. After waiting 1 hour for the driver to tell me it will be another 45 minutes before he get to me. I tried to start the car it started so I let Advance Auto put it on they machine. The guy told us it was something to do with the fuel. Well I told them about all the problems Im having with a car I only had a week the guy told me well maam you did purchase it, its yours. So they told me to take it to BNW auto repair show to see whats wrong. I did that the very next morning only to be told they need the car overnight to see whats wrong & really wont be able to work on it till midweek. So I took the car to Fred Haas Toyota. After paying $150 to be told the fuel pump is gone & have to be replace for $1500. Well I took it back to showroom auto to be told take it where they told me to take it. This time my husband missed a day of work & took it back to BNW. Once the guy checked it, he told my husband the same thing Fred Haas said. The guy at BNW told us Showroom said theyre not paying for the car to be repaired. So I called them to see why not due to me only having this car in less than 30 days & this problem was present at purchase & was told that it only need to have a fuel cleaner put in cause the owner had just drove this car himself out of town. Lies, lies on top of lies. This place sell pretty lemons, I should have seen the signs the day I purchase it when another customer came in complaining about her car & the damn sells guys was so anxious to get my money. Please save yourself from the headache Im having. While making car payments I still have to put out $1500 to ride. Not fair at all & horrible business practices.

This is hands down the worst experience ive ever had. Mostly all their cars are horrible and the ones that arent noticeably screwed up have extensive internal damage. The sales people wont give you the time of day after they get money from you. I was one day late to make my payment and they called me 6 times in one day. 2 days later i tried to call about issues with my car and got no answer. i left a ton of messages and got no reply. i even texted and was blown off. There was one time i was out the country and they called me a ton of times and i asked nicely to stop because of the charges and they didnt care. for the past 2 weeks i havent been able to get in touch at all. they ignore my calls and when i call the store i get no answer.. PLEASE anyone looking for a car please find another place.. any place is better than here.. Doing business here you will not only lose money but it will be a huge inconvenience. There service isnt even worth one star.

Bought a truck couple months ago, it started breaking down about a week after I bought it, I cant get anyone to ever call me back and I went by there this past weekend and they have no more cars on the lot because I want to get rid of it! This truck breaks down everyday, I have to use starting fluid to start it, I put 3500 dollars down and now a diesel mechanic says it will cost another 2000 to fix!, this place really stuck it to me and they keep telling me my license plates havent come in yet after bought in feb! Come on guys get your crap together and quit screwing people over!

Ive traded a motorcycle in to Norman Frede Chevrolet over a year ago. Somehow, Showroom Auto Sales ended up with my Harley. Now I have received three tickets from Harris County toll road authority. There is a picture of their employee driving my motorcycle thru toll booths without paying. I called them and they agreed to pay the tickets, but I am wondering why is my license plates on this bike after a year? It is still registered in my name, according to Harris County toll road authority. These people are telling me differently, however. This is no way to run a business.

Rude Ass salesman hung up in my face when all I was trying to do was collect some information so I guess thats a hell no they wont be getting my services or my money I work to dern hard it was a waste of my Cricket minutes and for the Rude A hole who hung up in my face Im hoping your reading this what ever bad day your having you need to take it out on yourself didnt nobody tell your ass to come into work today if u was having a bad day you should of stayed your rude tail home until then some one else needs to handle them phone calls rude ass Salesman.

omg I had the most amazing day.....Act first I was a little aggravated about not finding a good deal On a car that I wanted.I DROVE ALL AROUND HOUSTON AN EVERYWHERE GAVE ME AN EXCUSE ABOUT GETTIN MY INTO A CAR.SO I camE to Showroom Auto Sales an the sales manager and owner were so nice an reasonable they really turn my frown into a smile.....thanks so much ALEX and Russell YALL BOTH WERE EXCELLENT:) You got to check these guys out the best in the business by far .

They are scammers, crooks, criminals and con artists! They are working with outside sources and scamming people on Craiglist! I asked to speak to the owner and he would never talk to me. They boost up the interest rates and sell lemon cars!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Raul and Brandon are totally unprofessional and this business needs to be shut down!

We all cant be lieing now. They only care about getting your money. The cars are crap and start breaking down the first week I got the car. Im working on a lawyer now. Please dont waste your time or money. They all about the money and once they get it. Like they say no warranty as is. Is exactly what they meancause the cars are straight lemons. Go somewhere else. No good. Thumbs down!
