If you are traveling to pick-up a vehicle or having one delivered sight unseen, you must read this. The employees of this company truly have no understanding of how to advertise condition of a vehicle, or they are simply mis-advertising. Nonetheless, I am out-of-state and inquired about a vehicle that was said to be in perfect condition. They were way overpriced and would not negotiate (not the complaint) saying how exceptional of condition the vehicle was in, and claimed/promised there was no cosmetic or mechanical damage besides minor rear bumper damage depicted in their provided photos. I am very specific and have been looking diligently for this exact vehicle in the claimed condition and was willing to pay a premium for a superior vehicle. The salesman new I was out-of-state, and I think he thought I would have it shipped sight-unseen. Instead I had the vehicle inspected by a local shop where they discovered the laundry list of items below. I also requested and received clear pictures of the damage. After receiving this list I contacted and spoke with the same salesman that assured me there were "no mechanical or cosmetic issues" and instantly claimed that they are not mechanics, yet they were able to make judgements about mechanical condition without justification. • Instrument cluster (tachometer) does not work • Vehicle shows damage on front core support and radiator as if it was hit from the front • Front core support and radiator are bowed inward; radiator is dented at location of bowed core support; coolant system is holding pressure and no visible leaks are present at the radiator • Front bumper looks freshly painted; paint is showing “orange peal” finish • Power steering fluid level is low; evidence of pressure line leak to box (both lines) • Fog lamp harness is missing • Ball joints have play; both upper and lower • Muffler is dented • Vehicle has auto lowering running boards; passenger side makes loud noise when lowering • Passenger side brake light inop; evidence of moisture in both taillights • Steering wheel is off center • Aftermarket trailer brake module show error (e1) • Rear bumper is dented • Spare tire is worn to 3/32; not a viable spare • License plate lights are inop • Driver door handle shows damage; looks as if someone tried to break in with a screwdriver • Frame has been painted

Dealing with Adam at DN Motor Cars was a very rewarding experience. Not only was Adam upfront and straightforward from the beginning of our relationship, but he was also willing to provide any needed photos of the vehicle that I requested. Since I was buying from out of state, I was extremely cautious in my search for a new truck. DN Motor Cars certainly has its fair share of nice trucks. They seem to specialize in extremely clean used vehicles. They were upfront in their advertising regarding any exterior scratches or dents that they come across. However, I must hold out on rewarding them a 5 star review for a few reasons. I understand that the turnover rate of vehicles at this dealership is fairly quick, but some additional inspection of their interiors, their electronics and functionalities, would have identified some additional issues I must now address. These small, but costly repairs would have been good to know before flying down to Texas with the purchase price already set in stone. The photos they included in the sale showcased the two rear headrest DVD screens, however they were damaged to the point they do not accept discs or display any video content on the screens. One screen is completely shattered. Also, the drivers heated seat & memory functions switch is not functioning. And lastly, the backup camera lens itself is damaged and displays horrible video content eventhough they presented a perfectly functioning video image in the advertisements of this specific vehicle. A quick sweep of these luxury functions would have identified these faults and provided a more honest representation of the vehicle I purchased. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase of this truck. My specific search criteria and attention to details lead me to DN Motor Cars. This was honestly one of the cleanest trucks in the United States. Thanks for your business. Drew Henderson @Motodrew

My experience with DN Motor Cars was fantastic. I drove several hours in search of just the right BMW M3 - and found it at DN Motors. Shopping for such an unusual car is difficult, and I appreciated that the photos posted on the website were numerous (60 or so) and high quality. The car was in immaculate condition, and everything was as advertised. It is clear that the guys at DN Motor Cars only deal in high-end machines in excellent shape. The sales experience was also excellent. Paul took me on a test drive and answered all of my questions. Navid was easy to deal with, arranging the sale and delivery was a snap. He took care of everything and was very knowledgeable. It is clear to me that he buys and sells these cars because he enjoys them and enjoys seeing people buy their dream car. Finally, I have to say that the folks at DN Motor Cars are very trustworthy. Navid took care of every concern or issue throughout the whole process, and made good on every promise. As another example, I took my BMW to a local dealer today and was told that the services had been maintained on time by the dealer. Navid never mentioned the fact that he had serviced the car before selling it, which means that he did it to take care of the car and its future buyer - not because it was a point to use in advertising. Thank you, DN Motor Cars! I would recommend you to anyone looking for that car you just cant find on any car lot. I would also buy from you again, although I plan to keep this M3 for a long time....

Ive never posted an internet review before, but I felt compelled to do so after my experience with DN Motor Cars - this place deserves every bit of recognition they receive. I live in California, and I recently purchased a 2009 Silverado Duramax from DN - I purchased the truck site-unseen, which is something I thought I would never ever do. I had trouble finding what I wanted in California, and I had some terrible experiences with other dealers outside of my area. I saw the vehicle I wanted on DNs website and I decided to call about it. The salesman, Tommy, was friendly, honest and didnt pressure me into anything and made me feel at ease about my potential purchase. He gave me a good feeling about the place. I read the reviews online and I even called the Texas DMV to inquire about this place. I received all great feedback. I finalized the deal with Adam, who is just awesome! We arranged to have the truck inspected at a local GM dealership just to ease my mind one last time. Adam just wanted me to do whatever made me feel comfortable about my decision. I made the purchase (very smooth transaction) had it shipped out to CA. The truck was just as described! There vehicles are legit! My 09 looks and runs like it just came off the lot. Adam, thanks for making this a great experience. This has been my best car buying experience, and I never even stepped foot on your lot! Ive already recommended you to some of my friends out here!

Looked at and drove a 1998 bmw roadster. The owners allowed my wife and I to take out a car with 4 dry rotted tires in heavy Houston traffic without telling or warning us. Later when I took the car to an independent inspector, one of the tires actually blew out during the trip, and I had even asked Navid if the car/ tires were safe to drive up the Interstate. Unbelievable disregard for our safety. Finally, after giving me a written (emailed) price for the car, Navid refused to honor it. He added one thousand dollars to the price, stating he had researched the car and found that the color and interior were rare. My email protesting this went unreturned. Im looking into filing a complaint under Texas unfair business practices law. Did I mention that I was also pursued down the street by another employee of DN when I was taking the car to the inspector? Yes, a lack of communication on their part resulted in someone driving alongside me and screaming out that I had taken their car until I finally stopped to see who this was chasing after me. Couldnt he have used his cell phone to call the shop and check on the car instead of playing sheriff???This happened in the Houston Galleria traffic, another display of their disregard for the safety of their customers. I can only wonder how anyone would trust their lives and the lives of their family members in a car sold by D N Motor Cars.
