I recently purchased a truck from Texas Auto North and had an excellent experience with friendly down to earth salespersons and no hassle. Samuel and Brodie both helped me find the truck I wanted. Samuel accompanied me while I test drove a few of their vehicles and while doing so helped me narrow down my choices by answering important questions I had. Brodie offered other options that were available each time I returned from a test drive. He had trucks and prices ready for me to drive each time I returned. Their team work was great and their effort to find a vehicle I wanted paid off. Once I found the truck I liked they went as far as to let me take it home for the night so that I could test drive it with my wife and kids in it. During my drive home I stopped to pick up my son from school and was not able to turn the truck back on. I thought it was either low on gas or had more complicated problems. I called Samuel assuming the truck was bad and he and his manager immediately sent out someone to pick me up. The guy they sent out realized the mistake was that I was not using the right device to turn the truck on (I wasn’t aware that the push button device that locks/unlocks the doors was also the ignition device). I was happy that’s all it was and was impressed with them sending out someone right away with no hesitation. The guy even followed me to a gas station and added $20 of gas to the truck to make sure everything was fine. The customer service was excellent and the price on the truck was good (they dropped the price down some so that I could purchase new tires since they were almost ready for replacement) that help closed the deal for me. It has been a few weeks now and I’m very pleased with the truck. Samuel, Brodie, Brandon, and the rest of the team were all outstanding.

My husband and I were looking for a new truck and after spending a long and mentally exhausting day at another dealership, we had "almost" talk ourselves out of buying a vehicle! I relate buying a vehicle to having a root canal, and most of the time a root canal would be preferable, because at least you have something to numb the pain! After that long day at the other dealership, we went home and got on the computer and started looking again and we found Texas Auto North!!! My husband talked to James Mowell the next day & set up a time to meet with him. When we arrived at the dealership, a very friendly salesman greeted us, & walked us inside, & asked the receptionist to let James know we were there. He then offered us something to drink, made sure we were comfortable & told us James would be right out. As soon as James came out, he introduced himself & we got started. He knew what truck we were interested in, & had it sitting out front ready to go. We got in the truck & he went over several of the trucks features with us, & I was very impressed that he took the time to do that! After the test drive, we went back in & talked numbers. James is very friendly & outgoing, and at the same time, hes also very knowledgeable when it comes to selling a vehicle! He made us feel comfortable from the start, he worked to get us the best deal possible, & in the end, we bought the truck!!! It was so nice not to have to play the games that you usually have to with other dealerships! Everyone we met was very friendly & made sure we were taken care of! On a scale of 1 to 10, we would definitely rate Texas Auto North & James Mowell a 10+!!! If you want a great buying experience, give James a call, you wont be sorry! I love my lifted custom Chevy!! Thanks Texas Auto North!! I would recommended this dealership any day any time! Not only is there selection amazing from cars to trucks to suvs, the staff is awesome! I was pleased to met and work with Philip Lockhart in Sales. He let me take a test ride from the begging and I got a good feel for it before moving forward; he also was in touch with me from the begging online and was quick to respond and give me all my questions answered. The Finance Manager was awesome as well and made it easy for me. Philip has superb customer service, kind, and friendly and makes people want to go back! I met the Sales Manager as well and he was very helpful, got me the best deal for my Jeep Wrangler trade in. Please dont miss out on this gem of a dealership! Bought a 2008 Mustang Shelby Gt500 from them around the beginning of November and was told they went over the car with a multiple point inspection before offering vehicles for sale. When I originally bought the vehicle it had a noticeable chatter in the driveline that I chalked up to a noisy dual disk clutch. Just over a month if ownership while on my way home from work one night a very loud knock started from the same place I was hearing the chatter originally and that has now been determined to be knock in the lower end of the engine block which means I now have to replace the engine in a vehicle i just bought and was assured it was in perfect condition. After being told January 3rd that someone from management would contact me to discuss this situation its now 2 weeks later and I have yet to recieve any kind of contact from them. Sorry Texas auto but Im not someone you can just hide from and hope I go away. Ill be sure nobody I know or talk to ever buys another vehicle from you!

Bought a decent truck from them and believe the price to be reasonable. However was supposed to pick it up the next day as they were replacing the windshield (promised by them it would be done first thing the next morning). Called multiple times the next day checking on the status and trying to make plans to get dropped off to pick up my new truck. Finally at 530pm I call and speak to a manager who tells me it will not be ready until tomorrow. He informs me they had to fix the windshield and had to replace the spare tire and do a couple more things that took longer than expected. I was going out of town the next day and told him I needed the truck today. He got the truck delivered that night at 8pm but it left me taking a 30$ uber ride to their location because the lack of communication on their part. They never called me once the day it was suppose to be ready with any updates and it left me having to call them 3 times throughout the day to try and schedule a ride out there.

Weve bought a lot of cars over the years, new, used, some with trades etc. Weve seen about every song, dance, & trick. Of all the places we have ever purchased a vehicle Texas Auto is THE BEST!! Straight forward, transparent, great follow through from start to finish, & the entire team was super friendly. Davey Ayala, our salesperson, was great with checking on things. We were looking for a vehicle with VERY specific criteria, he went the extra mile to investigate for us & confirm. The Internet Sales Director, Michael Mazzola, also personally called us throughout the process & checked in. Finance was great & straightforward with no surprises or high pressure. We even met the VP of Operations, the GM, etc., its a stellar team across the board. When we go to purchase a used vehicle in the future, well definitely check them out first. Btw, we drove 3 hours to visit them. This level of customer service is hard to find these days in any business. Super impressed.
