I thought that this was a good place to buy my car I thought wrong. I have only had my car for three months (2013 toyota camry) and it looks nice but let me just tell you about the experience that I had with the people at this place. I have only had my car for three months..three... and my alternator went out. Now mind you everyone knows when your alernator goes out it is draining the battery so you have to get a jump to get anywhere. Now they sold me this warranty and I brought my car up to them. I told them what was going on and let me tell you about my experience. Jamie tells me okay Ms. Holmes you can bring your car up there we will make sure it is fixed by time you get off so I dropped my car off at 10:30. Got off at 7:00 and do you know they had not looked at my car at all. It was still sitting in the front so I asked them when would they be able to work on my car and they told me they would not get to it till Saturday. Mind you this is the 4th of July weekend. I drop my car off on Sat and I asked them how long would it take them to get it fixed the girl behind the payment center was rude and so was Jamie. My boyfriend started to get upset because they were giving us the run around. So i tell him if I leave my car here will you guys give me a rental car (mind you i have a boot on my leg because i broke my ankle) Jamie tells me oh this is not a rental place..that right there pissed me off. I left my car anyway. I come back the same day Sat because they tell me that my car is ready. pay 100.00 deductible and get to my car it does not start. So the rude girl that I was speaking to before was like im going to go and get the head mechanic. Why these ppl changed my alternator but left that old ass battery in my car knowing dam well the alternator drained it so a new one has to be put in as well. so the guy comes out and states to me oh bc its hot and this and that..I had to go and buy a brand new battery for 130.00 bc they did not put a new one in there. I tell you now avoid this place. they do not do good business they are rude and if I had not given them my money on a down payment or if i really didnt need the car i would have drove it back up there and told them to keep it..BEWARE I AM WARNING YOU DONOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO GET THE MONEY AND THAT IS IT...STAY AWAY!!!

I was just thinking about getting a different vehicle the other day. On my way to work I pass by Maroneys and on this particular day I noticed the car lot and thought...Im gonna check this place out. So...I went and googled it and the website was pretty impressive. I went to the reviews and just like any other establishment there were great reviews and not so good reviews. I know from experience how this is. I went home that day and spoke to my wife about the idea of getting another vehicle and about this car dealership. She said..lets go check it out. Straightaway we went and we walked walked on the dealership property and began looking at the different vehicles. One of the representatives came out and started talking with us...not to us like most car salespeople do. This guy was amazing. He was not pushy. He was the opposite of the car salesman stereotype. Long story short... my wife and I walked out of that place with a beautiful vehicle and are really pleased with it. We thank God for this dealership and its employees for making this experience one of most pleasant, stress free, non drama, hassle free experiences we have ever had. I. Will recommend these guys to anyone who needs a vehicle from now on. The customer service is top notch.

The initial meet and greet was great. They found the vehicle that we wanted and we were able to finance. The test drive was ok but we did notice a few small problems and they said they would check it out and take care of it. The vehicle did need a new catalytic converter which we took to get but they also said that they would do a tune-up on it. Once we got the vehicle we were told it had the tune-up but obviously now we find out it was never done.The problems began after we took the car off the lot. They told us that we had a warranty through the finance company that was bumper to bumper and included even the power windows and seats. I just had a check engine light come on and they are too backed up to take care of it so I went to another mechanic who diagnosed all kinds of problems. Now the warranty company will not cover any of the repairs and we will be out 3K. I cannot recommend this company to anyone that I know because I do not feel that they are any different than any other used car dealer. They tell you what you want to hear to get you sold and then blow you off after that.

Negative stars if i could. this past week called and tried to get financed for a vehicle. Told Raul exactly what i had and exactly what i wanted, lead me on the whole week thinking everything was working out. Called again saturday 11/15/14 and they wanted me to put 4500 down when at the beginning i told them i only had 1500 and they said they could work with that. There is absolutely no structure to the company process in financing. They had me send a pay history to a guy named Ryan, said they would call me back and never did. Talked to JB and they didnt even know who a Ryan was. Kept saying they would call me back but i ended up having to call back every time except once. I had to be persistent in calling and kept getting the same answer "we will call you back in a hr". Never did and finally they told me the prices online were cash prices and couldnt do anything for me for 1500 down. Worst experience i have ever had, put an inquiry on my credit report and couldnt follow through. DO NOT GO HERE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

Went to the dealership and saw a used (new) car and went for a test drive. Saw some issues and after the drive was told that they would fix the issues. Gave them a day to fix the issues just to find that they did nothing to the car. Not even touched it..Took the car to the dealership that specializes in the car ..just to find out that there was absolutely nothing done to the car and most of all had me drive off their lot with an unsafe car. When I got the car back from the other dealership I asked them to help fix the issues. Tey told me I should have caught the issues on the test drive and its my responsibility. (Wires cut, inner portion of tires cords showing, alignment off, headlight wires cut, radio not working, no service done on the car sense 11, 000 (currently has 30,000 on it), tires dry rotted) I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this dealership.. high discurage going to these people. VERY Unprofessional people work there
