Ive been looking to buy either a 2014 4 Door Tacoma or 2014 4 door Ram..heres my review.enjoy.. Initially called about a white Tradesman for 24K-ish and some change.(later finding out it was sold the previous day, but Ill get to that in a moment.) I was offered a 2000ish rebate...After asking about a black one with the Black rims selling for $26,783 VIN: 1C6RR6FT1ES172378 which is listed on their website, I made an offer. After discussing with salesman I was ready to buy, and agreeing not to waste each others time and that I was at a limit, I would test drive and buy. As I left my bank after withdrawing a large sum of cash and was heading to go buy, he informs me that its chrome, with chrome side step. I then made an offer on the one that was 28K with the all black. I told him if my offer was not good to let me know so I dont drive all the way there for nothing. I drove up there with the hopes of buying after he made it sound like it was possible. I got there, drove it, then got denied my offer of 25K with 5K in cash. I tried leaving but then was told by "Blue" that he wanted to sell me a truck. So to humor him, I stayed. I brought up the discrepancy with the false picture on there website, which he said was generic..untrue. Its only generic for truck with black rims. If you go on ANY Dodge website, the generic truck with have the typical rims. Plus they were dealer taken photos. Regardless, I kept trying to leave, he kept offering me other trucks that were typical Dodge trucks I can buy close to home for cheaper. After informing him that all the Express package was is they put Black alloy rims, and a black grill and make the emblems black. He agreed and said that they do all that and call it a package..so then I asked, if he agreed, why not make an offer? He also informed me that the white truck I initially called about was actually sold the previous day yet still on the website. With comments like, "Well we already met our quota for the month." & trying to persuade with some pointless award the received, also agreeing that I could go buy a Dodge Tradesman and spent 2000$ on rims at a Tire place to make it look like that for cheaper than that truck, & after 15 straight minutes of me shooting holes in the typical car salesman BS, I left. I dont get it, you met your quota, so you cant cut a deal on a truck? The following morning I called and spoke with a lady and told her the same exact offer on the exact same truck from the previous day and said that it was probable and shed have Don call me back. Well Don called back and asked what happened. After I explained part of what happened he talked over me and kept interrupting what I was trying to say when I tried to compare the trucks I wanted and informed me that my file was going to be removed and if there was anything else I need to call. Ha. Good luck with that one. My advice, beware of the BS. Check MSRP and research as I have done in the last 7 months. A car is an investment. At the end of each year, the following year models are 3-4K cheaper. So if you can wait, do it. Needless to say, it was a blessing in disguise.. Even the salesman at Dodge said the Toyota truck that holds their value for years and drives smoother off road! Unlike Dodge..but you want what you want..I guess. I wouldve explained all this to Don, but I guess thats what happens when you talk over potential customers. Good riddance.

Well they have the worst customer service and communication! I bought a 2011 Dodge Nitro from them October 15. 2015 $14,567 76k miles. Saw the carfaxs on it and it only had two owners. Look like it was in good condition. When I took it off the lot two days later the driver window got stuck and couldnt roll it up and the heater stopped working. So I took it up to them. They fixed the problem! But a couple days later the dodge shut off on me with no warnings or anything. I turned it back on. I gave them a call to let them know. So I took it in and they kept it for a half a day to drive it around. They said they couldnt find anything wrong with the vehicle. So I drove it a couple of days and the check engine light came on. I took it in to get it checked and turned off, they told me that its just old stuff that they already fixed. So I asked are you sure and they said yes. So I drove it for about a month and the check engine light came on again and it started over heating. I checked it, never could get the radiator cap off, but the container was still full and it wasnt leaking. I called them to let them know the check engine light is on and that its overheating. They said bring it in. I took it in to get an oil change and check the engine light. They said it was ok. it overheated and the engine locked up on me Dec. 21st. I took it to them Dec. 22, 2015. They said they wouldnt be able to get to it right away. So I had to rent a vehicle plus pay for the dodge nitro that wasnt working. Jan 12th 2016 tried to call they wouldnt answer. Had to drive up there to talk to someone. No calls to let me know whats going on. They told me they still couldnt get to it yet! So I spoke to one of the managers and they let me use a loaner car. Came back to them Jan 21 and they still didnt get to it! I spoke with another manager and he was upset. My car wasnt on file that it was being worked on or even in the system to let them know that their was a problem. So they FINALLY got it in! Loaned me a bigger vehicle since I play music and carry big instrument around to play and record. February past they never called. March came they never called. In the middle of March, after paying three months of not having the car, they called telling me that the radiator is not under warranty. Since the radiator mess up the engine that i would have to pay $8000 for a new engine. Came and spoke to the manager about it and they said that someone put stop leak in the radiator causing it to over heat. Mind you, I told them that the vehicle was over heating just within a month of me driving it. Never put anything in it or touched it. They blamed me saying that its my word against their word and that they have paper work showing they never put it in! So I have the vehicle up for voluntary repossession! Never again will I buy another vehicle from them! Worst service ever!

At 76,000 miles my vehicle has had all required maintenance and has never been in a accident. Beside when one of the service guys did not put my vehicle in park and it rolled back into anothor vehicle. And if then I had not seen that im pretty sure he didnt plan on saying anything. He walked back into the waiting room like nothing never happen. I gave him the opportunity to mention his mistake he didnt so I brought it up. Nor have I hit anything that would cause damage to the bottom of my vehicle. If you stood next to my vehicle when started you could barely hear the engine. I travel normally throughout the city. When I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall on the electronic gear shift it sounded normal. After getting my oil change and correcting the service guy about what needed to be done to my vehicle. Because either it had already been done or it wasnt schedule to be done for another 20,000 miles. Like transmission service. I was on my way. About a few miles down the rode i noticed a change in the acceleration. I thought ok maybe its just from them working on the car it would go away. A few days passed and the sound had worsen. I call to ask was the noise something to expect after the recall the guy said no. I took my vehicle in and the shop was extremely busy and I didnt have the time to wait. So I said I would return in 2 days when I would have the time to wait. The very next day my car sounded like an 18 wheeler that was about to fall apart. Took it in and they showed me that my exhaust pipe had come broken from the muffler. Interesting? Never had any warning sounds until after I left the dealership that day. No dash board warning. The dealership told me that it was cause from impact. Uh?! Sir my vehicle has not been hit beside when your employee bagged into another vehicle in my vehicle. They explain it wasnt their fault and recommended me to go to another shop that repairs some of the dealership vehicles that are brought in. On my paperwork it was noted in the future the rear differential would need servicing. I just had that done roughly 7 months ago. So that was untrue. If the rear differential area was checked how did they not seen the exhaust pipe damage. They are both located in the same area. And again my car had not given me ANY warning signs until after I left the dealership. The exhaust pipe was repaired at the other shop and immediately my vehicle sounded normal again. Folks beware. I truly believe someone there caused this damage. My vehicle will not see this dealership again.
