They tell you over the phone they will get things done but when you come in its diffrent story. I was approved at 1:00pm for a car and the salesman talked me to death for hours untill about 5:00pm then when it was time to type and sign the contract. The owner who does the contracts left early. I spent over 5 hours in the car lot to find out the guy wanted to leave early. The next morning I went back and got the car. However in two weeks I was ONE day late on a payment and they took the car while I was in court having an emergency. Once I explained it to them they refused to give me the car or my money back . I caught a cab to their location from downtown only to be told "the owner was gone to lunch for 3 hours". They did not give me my down payment back and refused to help me get a ride home. They are very unprofessional and rude. The owner(s) is a racist and greedy. When filling a complaint on the BBB website they are not even listed under the name that was on my contract. Watch out!!

I bought a car from this place I still have the car . A couple of days after I bought this car the brake booster was not working at all!!! I work all day I am 20 years old and they took advantage of my newby knowledge of cars I have spent over 1000 in repairs to this car because I have the inconvenience of being in need. Please please do Not buy from these people they are not honest an they have no compassion on good people all they care about is money they are the reason so many people struggle to make it day by day because with their lies they make it harder for someone to trust on these small self own businesses. I dont know why anyone would be like that. I am very upset an do not approciate wat has happened to me .

I have bought 3 cars from this dealership. One for my mom and 2 for myself. I have never had a problem with this company. They are always kind professional and they make you feel like your apart of the Don Jacobson family. When i pay this car off i will be buying another one from here. Another thing i love is if tou dont see what you want on the lot they will find it for you. Now thats true dedication and i look forward to doing business with them again. All their cars are lemons all they do flush the inside and spray with wd 40 so youre under the impression nothing is wrong with it. They will repossess ur car after 1 missed payment. They only accept cash or money orders but you have to actually bring it in to make a payment.
