I am only giving a one star because ZERO stars is not available! In 2 months I have purchased 2 cars and it has been a pure nightmare! BOTH vehicles have had issues and this dealership seems to not care! Each vehicle when purchased had tire issues...it was brought to their attention and nothing was done about it. We have been giving the run around non stop about those and then told well sorry, we cant do anything. On my QX56, on the back tire, there was a chuck split out of it, which clearly is a safety hazzard! The driver mirror was not working, (you couldnt use the controls and when driving it would move so you could not use it at all cause you couldnt see, so there again it was a safety hazard) when I test drove it Alan told me it would get taken care of. I brought it back the following Monday...TSWs way of "fixing" my mirror, was electrical tape on the base so it wouldnt move. When I saw that and said something, Alans response to me, "well you bought a used a car, what do you expect". Still to this day NOTHING has been done! Fast forward to today, I go to start my car and it will not start. I call them and I am told "they arent sure what I want them to do about it & the owner will be in on Monday and we can talk then". Every time I have called this dealership in regards to any problem with either of the vehicles, I am told I will get a call back and I get no return call. 6/16/17 The Monday following my review of TSW, I was in contact with Tim Weeks, the owner. Tim went above and beyond and made sure everything was made right with both of my purchases. He had Discount tire replace the tire on the Nissan and he ordered my new mirror for my QX56, that cost him over $700, but was the right thing to do. I dropped my car off to him Tuesday and he put me in a loaner vehicle and originally told me Monday my SUV would be ready. He called me this evening and the part arrived early and he was able to get it replaced. When I arrived to pick my car up, he met me outside and to my surprise he even had my SUV detailed (I think it is cleaner than the day I bought it!) thank you Tim for standing by your customer and going above and beyond to make the situation that started out as a nightmare, GREAT! I will recommend people to Tim, any day!

Dealt with a lot of car dealerships over the years, this was by far the worst. Called 3 days in advance and negotiated a price. Salesman (Allan) agreed in principal and said he would call the next day to take a credit app- no call. Allan did call first thing Monday morning to see if I was still interested. Yes, I would be there this afternoon. It is about 45 minutes away, so I called to say I was on the way. He said he would have the car down and parked at the front when I got there. Pulled up and Allan was looking for keys. I looked around the lot and the vehicle I was interested in was nowhere to be seen. Told Allan the vehicle that was on the rack was not the vehicle I was interested in and his reply was it was the same make and model. It was a different year, different top and different features. Can you say bait and switch??? He knew right away he had been caught and got me out of the building as quick as possible... No thanks, Ill take my business to a reputable lot. Scam all the way to Treaschwig Rd.....

I recently purchased a 2009 Buick Enclave from this dealer and Alan was awesome....Met me at the door with the keys to two vehicles that I had inquired about and was told to drive both and then we would sit down after I made my selection for further questions....No pressure......no oversell...just good old straight talk.....Alan was very informative and it was such a delight to meet him and hear of his history and background.....I went in with my own financing and Larry was a genius with getting me a better finance rate with one of their loan companies.....I definitely will consider this dealer again if I ever purchase another vehicle.....Kudos to your staff......Will be sending friends and family their way if they ever get a notion to purchase a vehicle......

I dealt with Manny. He worked with me for a couple months through me trying to make up my mind. They didnt have what I wanted, but found one for me. I love my 2011 Ram 3500! The ENTIRE team is fantastic. Very courteous, respectful, and easy going. I have worked for dealerships in the past that never came close to the service you WILL get from these guys. I WILL BE buying from them again. They keep their word, tell it to you straight, and never high pressure you. I enjoyed working with Manny, but anyone there will treat you right. If you are looking for a great used car and go anywhere else, you will be making a mistake. Take it from me, this is the team you want to do business with.

I bought my first car at TSW. It was a 2005 Malibu. I just got my 2nd car, a new 2013 Spark LS from the TSW dealership and had just as great of an experience, if not better. The show room is clean, the people are very friendly, there are so many models of cars to look at on-site and test drive. Freddy Normant was referred to me by "big lou" from Huntsville. The wife and I were pleased that he was still there and he did a fantastic job. Hes warm, funny, generous, and WORKS FOR YOU. He did everything in his power to make sure my goals were met on the day I arrived. I told him I was going to look at a few other places, but he wouldnt let me. Im glad he didnt!

We contacted TSW letting them know we would be driving 4 hours to get the vehicle we wanted. Alan was amazing! He had it cleaned and pulled up front ready for our test drive. He jumped through hoops to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Talk about hustle, he literally ran everywhere trying to get us back on the road. He heard everything we said and addressed every question with an honest answer. No BS like weve received from every other dealership. We got a great deal on our 2011 Escalade. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends. Alan was great and so was the rest of their team. No gimmicks at TSW, great people!
