I have used them twice to move a vehicle that I needed to move. Both times they have been the highest bid I could get. Of course no one EVER gets what they want for a vehicle, because it has to be profitable for whoever is buying it to re sell. That being said, Phil (at TD Kingwood) has done everything in his power to get the maximum for me, more so on my most recent sale to them. I would recommend you go see Mr. Phil if you have a car that you need to sell and dont have the luxury of waiting for that "perfect" buyer. He will be fair and up front with you.

I stopped by to sell my truck and the experience was extremely easy. The first time I just had to wait 15 min or so to get an offer and the employees were very nice and helpful. They gave a better offer than the Ford dealer so I came back and sold them my truck. The paperwork was extremely easy and surprisingly fast. It didnt look like they sold cars directly from this location, but they do buy vehicles and the experience was great.

Phil even drove out to Tomball, TX to give an appraisal on the car I was selling.I would recommend that anyone trading or just selling a vehicle to give them a chance.
