I worked with a Danny and was told with my military discount my activation fees would be waived, when I got my first bill, they were all there. When I went to the store I was told they couldnt waive the fees and I heard wrong and to go get my fees waived by customer service. Customer service then told me to call the store and explain my case again, again there was no resolution. I called the store several times and was hung up on. I even told the store I could meet them halfway and they still said no. I talked to Danny several times and called me a degenerate and stupid for thinking that; he said he was never tell anyone that. The retail consultant never took any onus and blamed me for the situation.

We have 10 lines of service through Sprint, and every visit to this store has been positive. Sometimes our needs are time consuming, because of the number of lines we have on our account...but AJ and his staff have always been awesome to work with. They know what theyre doing, theyre experienced, and they have always treated us as though we are an important part of the Sprint family. We are in the store quite often, and we see other customers being greeted and treated the same way...even under busy circumstances! I cant say enough how awesome this store is. The Management and Staff are amazing!

Switched from Verizon 3 days ago and already wanting to switch back. Customer service rep Miranda at the Greeley store told us they couldnt transfer our phone info because they "arent responsible if something goes wrong." Weird. They transferred my moms info just fine at the same store. We were told that we had to activate the phones and transfer information ourselves through a 3rd party app because we "ordered our phones online" but we didnt. We got them directly from Sprint, just not in store. Phone service center isnt much better. Seriously considering dropping them already.

Neither of the Ft. Collins stores were helpful, they were extremely rude at that. Went to Greeley, and the crew there were all amazing, other than ONE employee...STAY AWAY FROM-Tracy. She should NOT be working with customers, nor other employees for that matter, and we dont understand why she is there even, considering she breaks the utter perfection of the stores dynamics of the wonderful synergy of the other employees (Daniel, Damon, and the other people there). One person can make or break a loyal deal, so do NOT go to TRACY (aka Diabla) when you go!

HORRIBLE! Wouldnt recommend them at all! Ive been trying to get a rebate since i signed up (1/2017 ) Ive been postponed, put on hold, never called back, refused a district manager # after trying for 7 months (now 8/2017) to get this resolved. With everything i signed up for i shouldve received $700 in rebates, they are as of right now offering $500 in credit to my account over several months and asked "why i would create an issue over $200?"... Im sorry as a single mom of 3 EVERY penny counts let alone $200!.....Im. Still waiting

After having a terrible experience with Verizon, I went to the Greeley Sprint store and worked with Danny. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. I was not approved right away for the lines I needed and Danny picked up the phone to make sure he could do everything he was able to to get me approved. Everyone at this store was extremely helpful and I was able to get everything I needed by the end of my visit. After my experience, I would absolutely recommend this company and store to anyone.

I went into the Sprint Store with the intention of adding a Sprint hotspot to my plan this past week customer service was horrible, none of the sales reps ever acknowledged me. I stood waiting for about 10 mins and not a word, They definitely stared at me but never asked to help me. It must be a Greeley CO thing. Ive been a Sprint Customer for over 15 yrs..interesting people employees at that store. Ill wait to go back to a TX Sprint store to get what I need.

Every single time I have been in this store I have had issues. Billing, phones, service reps. We went in last week for new phones and were declined service because we had $1000 to spend in cash, and they could only get us new phones with credit or debit. Theybset up out lines wrong to begin with and admitted to it months later but refused to correct the issue. Needless to say, we just switched carriers. Sprint and this store especially is garbage.

Not sure what the point of having a store is, when everything is refered to customer support or simply mac. Couldnt update auto pay in store, and couldnt diagnose my phone so that I could actually call customer support. Litterly zero help and lack any sympathy in the fact that they cant help.

Myranda was an awesome salesperson!!! She changed my plan and saved me a TON of money $$$ and offered me a free tablet that I will definitely be going back for next week. Highly recommend this store for everyone in the Greeley/Loveland area. Ask for Myranda shell take good care of you!!!

store personal lied about rebates for the phones we purchased. anything for a sale. after the sale they refer you elsewhere for everything as they dont want to be bothered unless your spending money
