I recently had a great experience at Certified Autoplex. After having discovered the company about 2 years ago and being very impressed by their huge selection of quality luxury vehicles, I decided then that I would purchase my next car from them. Even though I had just popped in to look, they made me feel right at home and not like I was just wasting their time. Well, I just purchased a 2016 vehicle from them and I actually waited 11 days before writing my review (although they asked me to do it just as I was about to leave in my new car). I wanted to be SURE that I was completely satisfied AFTER the sale first. I can definitely say that I made a great decision and am very happy with my vehicle and the actual sales process. It was a breeze!! Working with Senior Sales Consultant Edward Dodson and Finance Manager Larry Lish was great. No pressure, very accommodating, ultra-professional and extremely pleasant to work with. They went the extra mile for me to get into my car faster than I was supposed to due to a funding requirement by the bank. THIS is how car buying is supposed to be. I was literally in and out! I actually gave them a few pieces of info over the phone to complete an application with Edward on Wednesday and on Thursday I received a message of approval from Larry! I sent them pics of my trade-in via text message and then went in on Friday to seal the deal. What took the most time was MY indecisiveness in choosing which vehicle that I wanted. But they were patient and not pushy at all. I was very surprised when I opted for a vehicle priced about $10,000 below what I was approved for through the financing and they didnt even try to "sell" me into the more expensive vehicle. Thats not what I was expecting at all!! These guys have mastered putting the customer first and actually working to build loyalty by assisting the customer with THEIR needs. They didnt come off as pushy salesmen to me at all and they genuinely took the time to answer any and all of my questions in detail. Larry gave me some great insight into how I should strategically use this purchase to trade in / upgrade at just the right time so that I can keep my credit moving in a positive direction and get the most equity capture as I roll out of this vehicle and into my next one. I definitely recommend this company and the two people that helped me in particular. I personally had a great experience and am planning to go back to them for my next vehicle.

I have never heard of a dealership selling a car out from underneath a totally committed buyer but thats exactly what happened to my wife and I here. We walked in knowing the exact car we wanted to see and test drive. After a quick test drive, I quickly knew this was the car that I wanted. My wife and I both filled out credit applications, as well as my father, in case his name on the loan wouldve got us a lower interest-rate. It came back that our credit was not good enough for them to finance the car for us. They said that we would need to catch up on our mortgage and jump through a bunch of other hoops to get this car. All of which we did because this was the exact car we wanted. We sent over every document they asked for and continued to call them every couple of hours to see what was taking so long, as this process was taking much longer than it should have. We offered and asked if we could put a deposit on the car so no one would take it from under us. Rich Hill was my salesman and Ellis Money was my financing guy. They both assured me and my wife that they were on top of the car were trying to get us the best rate possible. A deposit wasnt needed,they said because they were watching the car for us. The weekend went by and still no call. I called first thing Monday morning and was told that they could only do it with my father on the loan. That was fine. We didnt care. We just wanted the car. I told him to go ahead and run the numbers with my fathers credit and then we would be on our way up there to get the car. I have a feeling they didnt think we were going to actually buy the car. Five minutes later they called and told me they sold the car to someone else. Which had to of meant they had been showing the car to others knowing we were trying to buy it. There are not words to describe how unprofessional these people were to my wife and I. No one should be treated like that. I hate that we wasted our time with these people and I hope that you consider going to another dealership when youre trying to purchase a car. These people are some of the most stuck up, heartless, snakes of a salesmen that Ive ever come across. If for some reason you do decide to shop here I would recommend using a different salesman. Someone thats actually willing to work for you not against you.

So I had a salesman named Steven who I was connected with when I got to shop. Now Dallas is nowhere near home so I got there less than 1hr b4 closing. From the moment I was introduced this gentleman was not Like your average salesman. Well when you go to the establishment its def not your average car sales lot and building. But going off a whim I stayed positive. He took his time asking what I. Looking for to make sure I was comfortable and will like and enjoy the vehicle that I will be paying for. In the end it didnt matter they where. Closing we was able to check out every car test drive some and in the end I found a car that I loved but funny part is was not the car I initially came in for. The price for either vehicle was excellent, the warranty and coverages are like no other. And Everyone that was even leaving for the night still was polite and asking if I need anything. Larry the finance guy continued my blessings by getting the numbers straight and a monthly payment that I can afford had 0 issues. I will recommend this place hands down not to just my friends but to my Family as well. Thank you Steven I feel like were old friends and appreciate your help. If your second guessing if the pictures look like the actual car trust me it is. There was no cars on the lot that was best up, raggedy and on top of that the Manager stayed late to wash the car b4 giving it to me. Best experience on buying a car ever.

UPDATE 3/31 I just bought my SECOND vehicle from Dennis at Certified Autoplex. Again the same treatment and fair pricing. 2012 VW Beetle for my wife is the perfect replacement for her recently hail damaged car. Clean inside and out and the price was FAR from others in the same year/mile range. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 09 Black Honda Civic Coupe - Ask for Dennis Hartsock, there are not enough stars to rate this level of excellent customer service! 5+ Dennis is a consummate professional and example of what every salesperson should be. There was never a time before, during, or after the sale that I felt uncomfortable in any way, as everything remained on all agreed terms. My only surprise of the entire experience was how well Dennis followed up with me after the sale. I felt he was possibly only trying to earn my business while the sale was taking place, but I now know he is genuinely a man who walks his walk.. Not only have I had the best car shopping experience at Certified Autoplex, but feel I have earned the trust and mutual respect that has probably made me a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Kudos to Dennis and the entire family of Certified Autoplex, you have an awesome thing going on. Keep it up!
