Worse customer service., I stopped by to look at a vehicle I was interested in. Victor (seller) was friendly, however, he lacks customer service skills. He asked me to fill out the application online, and that it would go straight to him. I did not mind, because I was interested in the vehicle. So, a day after I submit the application, I called him to follow up. After several calls/messages he finally answers to say that he will look into it. Another day goes by, I call again. Victor responds saying he is out of the office and will call me as soon as he gets there. It has been several weeks and he still has not called me. I find this action disrespectful to customers. If for any reason, my application was not approved or you have sold the car to someone else. At least have the decency to tell your possible customer. I have many choices when it comes to buying a vehicle, and believe me Lewisville Cars is no longer one of them.
