========== The dealership ========== * Positive: - They are quite different from the others, and the experience here is very impressive. - They provide quite complete information for each car in their inventory, including all 3 car history reports from Carfax, Autocheck and Purecar, detailed list of OEM configurations and costs, and 80+ pictures and video. You can access all these information either at home or inside the dealership via url "ecarone.me". - "ecarone.me" is very powerful and easy to use. Besides displaying detailed information of each car, it also has a very powerful search engine that can handle very specific requests (for example, blind spot assistant, xenon lights), which is quite helpful for customers looking for particular models with particular configurations. Furthermore, you can schedule test drives, pay deposits and apply for financing completely via the website and completely by yourself, which is very efficient and flexible. Car comparison and loan calculator are also useful tools. - Their prices are fair and competitive. I was told that they pull many car prices on internet so that among similar cars they can offer the most competitive price. I had done a lot of online research before buying the car and I am very satisfied with the price considering the condition of the car. - Overall, in my opinion, this is definitely one of the best places (for certified pre-owned ones, Park Place is a good choice) you should consider when buying a used luxury car. * Negative - If you are not a US citizen, dont use their partner banks for car loans. My original plan was to use my own bank, but they told me their partner banks can beat the APR given by my bank, so I agreed to do the loan with them. They are correct, their partner bank did offer a lower APR at first, but then they declined my application because my SSN is work only. I have a 740+ FICO score, 17 well maintained credit card accounts and 2 paid-off auto loans, and none of these banks ever questioned my SSN. I am not a US citizen, but I have a valid visa, a valid SSN, a valid Employment Authorization Document and a full-time job with decent salary, and I dont understand why "work only" SSN plays a negative role in car loan application. - Still about financing. They have many partner banks and each of them will run your credit score. Unless you really like hard pull clusters on your credit report, do the loan by yourself. =============== The dealer, Dylan Mize =============== * Positive - Dylan is friendly, patient, reliable and always ready to help, and you never feel pressure for purchase from him. I was encouraged to take my time to select, compare and make the decision. - I kept swinging between two cars for quite a while. I paid the deposit for the first one and changed my mind two days later. Dylan helped me transferred my deposit to the second one pretty smoothly, and finally I bought it. - I would definitely recommend Dylan to all my friends who will buy used luxury cars. * Negative - None

Terrible experience. I was shopping from out of state. After careful review of pictures online of vehicle (Stock No. 21195) I suspected some issues. I was assured the car was in great shape by Ecarone team. Vehicle was a 2014 with 30k miles. How bad could it be? I cant tell you how thankful I am for Autoscope - Plano for doing such a thorough Pre-Purchase Inspection on the Vehicle. I was recommended not to purchase due to a laundry list of items wrong with the vehicle. Please take all your cars for a PPI before a purchase. Well worth the investment!! In reply to " the owners repsonse" If a PPI inspection company calls and urges me not to buy a two year old car because of the following. Front, rear, bumpers and all fender flares were repainted - sub par paint that did not match rest of vehicle. Complete under carriage coverings destroyed with signs of suspect accident Front end alignment needed brakes needed Tires needed - cheap no name brand currently on vehicle with uneven wear Multiple Noises noted when driving 14 fault codes once they turned the vehicle on. Wear, tear, and a few holes noted/ found in the interior leather Noted - one of the dirtiest oil filter housings. Oil service over due. Signs car was not up to date on others scheduled services. I believe this is a basis of justified. Please note: I did actually forward the report along with all pictures from PPI inspection company to your team. This included the sale associate, manager, and general manager of your facility in email. I was hoping it could be used as constructive criticism to avoid another customer receiving a similar report. However, no one ever responded to my emails. My deposit was 100% refunded. And I do thank you for that. However, I believe that It should of been returned. And it was returned so quickly without question/hesitation because of my concerns. In fact I was later informed by a member of your team that this wasnt the first time the car had lost its deposit after an inspection. Therefore I would say with uncertainty that this was not a matter of someone feeling "uncomfortable" but rather making a sound decision not to purchase a vehicle that was not meeting the expectations of my PPI company. Furthermore, certain issues would not have been addressed by bmw warranty. Especially the signs of the damage/possible accident/paint issues, holes in leather, etc. And I dont believe Bmw can warranty neglect on services, and so. But I could be wrong. I really do hope your team does go back and reference this report (possibly speaks to the PPI company.) I believe it could improve experience for future customers. Especially the ones who are out of state and can not see the vehicle in person. Thanks,
IB

I will write about my experience with them that ended up making me buy from another dealer, first Im a car salesperson as well and I understand the business well, I was looking at a 2013 Mercedes C300 and they had lot of them with very reasonable prices honestly, I sent them an inquiry and got an automated message from Patricia Hine. and then she never called me back or sent me another email, I filled up a credit application and gave them my all my information they never even called me ton follow up with me I have to call Patricia all the time and she was treating me like a second class citizen, Then I went to my credit union and got my Loan, I told Patricia Im ready and she still didnt care that I want to buy the car then I tried to call a manager and I ended up talking to another salesperson names Collin and he was nothing different than Patricia, I told him Im coming Wednesday 02/17/2016 to get the car and take it, I gave him a week he didnt follow up with me to set an appointment, he didnt even care so I decided just to walk in , I went in and it was warehouse by the way, I told him I will take this car can I see it and test drive it first he said the car will take 20 minutes to get to the dealership they store their cars somewhere else and then he said the car just came from the auction and I have to put a $500 deposit first so they can take it to service and will only be an oil change, so that means they dont check their cars for mechanical breaks they only do oil change. So I told Collin please call me back I will leave now but I will come back next week to buy this car and here Im still waiting for him to give me a call, So this morning I got my Mercedes from a Subaru dealership i, they lost my business and the way I was treated I will make sure to copy this review and post it everywhere else. Managers if you want to contact me please do
