Mr Cooley, Not sure of you get to read your reviews but I wanted to provide you some feedback. I visited one of your location (Nissan 39690 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Dallas, TX 75237) to have a simple diagnostic check performed on my daughters Altima this week. We started out yesterday visiting at which time instead of directing us to the service and parts area we were sat down and solicited to purchase a new vehicle. This mind you after advising the sales agent several times that at this point we wanted to determine the current issue with the car at hand. Although pleasant enough the constant redirection and insistence of providing contact information proved to be of a sore feeling. Eventually after speaking to the agent sales manager and finance group we were walked to the service department. Unfortunately tat this time we were giving some additional direction by the service agent and asked to return at a later time (Next Day) We took the information and followed the direction returning the next day Here is were it really took a turn for the worst. We arrived at 145pm and greeted within minutes, (Great) however it was not a person that could assist. This took a few more minutes . I explained what was going on and what service I wanted to have performed. The gentlemen assisting us provided some examples of what might be the problem. which was fine, however as mentioned I wanted to have the vehicle checked to be sure. No need for guessing. Again I provided conatcat information both email and phone number, at which tim ethe agent advised me it would be a charge of $130 for the test. (Not a problem although it was $15 more than I was quoted the day before) Agent also advised it might take a while and asked it I would be leaving the vehicle. I advised the agent that my father and I would be in the area looking at vehicles if needed. Time goes on and it is now 350pm and no word on the status, so I stepped out to check with the agent After about 10 minsutes or so he pulled me in and advised me of several items that were suggested for service. However the test for the check engine light was not performed yet. When I inquired the reason, the agent informed me it was because the battery post connector was loose and may need to be replaced. Mind you it has been almost 4 hours and I have not been notified and my vehicle is sitting. I approve for the fix which now brings my total up to $202.96 as the part was $10.80 plus additional labor. At 730pm after inquiring several times abliut the status I get informed that the vehicle will not be able to be looked at until tomorrow.(???) an 8hr day for nothing and I am now finally back at my home without the car. Crazy as this may sound, my wife had just mentioned that we should go and look at the new Maximums as we were both looking to purchase vehicles However the first impression from the service department does not provide a level of comfort to warrant purchasing from this location. In fact I am still trying to figurer out way my vehicle could not be provided to me today since there was no work being performed that required disabling it It was in working condition when I arrived so why was itnot released back to me once the service team could not adequately complete the requested service in a timely manner. Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

This 5 star review is for CRESHA (she works at the Nissan Clay Cooley on Lyndon B Johnson Freeway) I came into this location with BAD CREDIT. NOT A LOT DOWN. BARELY ANY JOB HISTORY. (SOMETHING SLIM TO NONE OTHER DEALERS WOULD HAVE LAUGHED AT AND SENT US ON OUR WAY) just being honest. She was more than AMAZING! IN EVERY WAY. IF SHE WASNT SITTING with us, helping us. She was letting us know what was being worked on. She was knowledgeable of everything! Even the cars and what came in them, where everything was, etc. She went completely above and beyond not only in the customer service aspect but in every aspect! She is the woman you want on the front line of your company interacting with customers because she is not only going to gain their trust , but also not abuse it , and she literally sets the bar for what your company should be about to their customers. I have went to OVER 5 CAR DEALERSHIPS just to see my options before I chose 5 dealerships! 5. Out of all 5 and all about 15 people I dealt with SHE WAS THAT ONE. THAT ONE THAT LEFT AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE. Although due to monthly payment pricing (again.... at fault of my credit not anything she did) we were unable to complete the sale and finance. But SHE DID COMPLETE THE SELL! I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT! THE SELL WAS COMPLETE SHE HAD ME AND MY BOYFRIEND A CAR EACH! SHE WORKED 2 DIFFERENT FINANCES AT ONCE AND MADE IT WORK! SHE IS AMAZING! SHE DESERVES A HIGHER POSITION THAN WHAT SHE IS IN BECAUSE IVE SPOKE WITH MANAGERS AND PEOPLE HIGHER THAN HER AND IF I COULD I WOULD HAVE HER DO IT ALL because not only is she going to keep the customer happy shes going to get the job done right.

First off Brandon (the tall black manager) ran my credit without my permission!!!!! I never gave him permission or signed anything saying it was okay to run my credit, I asked for a copy of the document that he claims he had and he said that he shredded it! Lies!!!!!!! Then he said that I could file a dispute and he would okay it due to them illegally running my credit. I called the dealership about one car that I was really interested in and spoke with a sales rep. I came in a few days later to test drive the car (spoke with Brandon the tall black manager) and to see what price i could get it for. Due to me having my own financing I could not get it for the price that I wanted it for so I wanted to keep searching until I found one that was in my range. One week later the price dropped quiet a bit online and I called and was quoted a price over the phone by Joni that I really liked. Came up there 3 days later to find out that I could NOT have it for that price. the black manager said i dont know why he quoted you that price but we cannot do this. I said so you just have your salesmen on the floor quoting potential buyers incorrect prices???? That is very unprofessional and he was rude about the whole situation. Here I am sitting at the table with Joni and Brandon and he saying I will deal with Joni later, he should have never told you a price that low. It was just an overall bad experience, I will never step foot in this place nor will I ever recommend anyone to ever go here. I wish I would have read the reviews before visiting this place. So disappointing.

My terrible experience started with verifying with the internet sales manager that a vehicle was correctly priced at $16,987. We drove an hour and a half through Dallas traffic to come and see the vehicle with cash in hand to pay for it. When it came time to sign the papers we were informed that the vehicle had been mismarked and that they could not sell us the truck at that price but didnt actually know how much it was. This coming from the finance gentleman who was very rude and would only speak to my fiancé when I was the one buying the truck. They would not appraise my trade in and didnt even ask how much I had in hand to purchase the truck. For all they know I wouldve been able to afford the new price but finance gentlemen wouldnt speak to me to find out. Just simply said sorry the truck isnt that price and I am not going to honor the posted price or the confirmed price from my manager. I contacted the internet sales manager the next day and was assured that her and general manager would contact me that day (Friday) with a better offer on a different truck and make the situation right for me. I never heard back. I called again on Monday and was told they never got together and they would be in contact again by the end of the day. It is now Tuesday and still no one has called and nothing has been done. Dont waste your time here they will make excuse and excuse and have nothing to say in return when you let them know this is wrong.
