DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! The only thing theyre selling is lies. I took a look at their website and talk to one of their salesman before going to dealership. Once I went to the dealership to checkout the vehicle I quickly noticed that there was quite a bit of body damage to the car that the salesman lied to me about over the phone. I even checked the website when I was there and noticed that they photoshopped the damages not only to that vehicle but other vehicles on their lot. Decided to take the car for a test drive anyway and the check engine light came on so I immediately took it back. The salesman talked me into test driving another car which also had a light on, on the dashboard. Salesman told me they were still working on the transmission on that car. So why did you try to talk me into test driving/buying it? He showed me another car and as soon as I turned it on, a light on the dashboard came on with an exclamation point (!) At this point I realized this was a sketchy dealership. All of the cars I took a look at had issues on top of them photoshopping the cars on their website so the customers cant see the scratches, dings, and damages to the car. I went home and looked at reviews on this dealership to find a bunch of customer complaints about them scamming customers or selling them a lemon. I took a look at all of the reviews good and bad and I have to say the good reviews definitely seem 100% fake. Theres something super sketchy about this place and would never trust them with my business.

Outstanding! Outstanding! Outstanding! From the very start Armen, Stan, and Alex were very professional, prompt, and courteous. This was one of the best car buying experiences Ive had. These guys will bend over backwards to help you. They are honest and upfront as I was an out of town buyer and buying unseen. Pictures showed a lot of the vechicles description upfront so I knew what I was getting. He answered all my questions. Those of you who complain about the vehicles, I mean these are used cars..If you want a showroom floor car go get a new one! One of them told me that and I appreciated his honesty. If you are willing to buy any car with 100k miles, something is bound to go out eventually. They give you the opportunity to have a third party mechanic come and look at. If you google independant mechnics you will find plenty in that area. However, these price are great so if it sells before you get a chance to get it dont be upset. Prices are that good. I had 5 people wanting my car but I called first and he honored it. I called on a Wednesday and had my car at my door, 1000 miles away, on Sunday! Sent me pictures, videos, and emails on all questions I had about the car. In addition, detailed the car and showed me when the car was being put on the truck. They even went to go get the check for me! That is 10/10 for customer service. Love the car! Full carfax and all! Proud to say they honor military vets as well so that is a plus in my book!! Will be back again for sure! Thanks to all of you!

I had the car I purchased from this dealership less than a week before the check engine light came on. It has spent more time in the shop costing me a ton of $ than its been on the road. I called the owner just one week after buying it about the MAJOR issues that this car has and we were not informed of and I didnt even get the sentence out of my mouth and he hung up on me. I was not rude, just trying to see what could be done since we paid over 6 grand for car that is a lemon. We tried calling back and they ignored us. They also never sent us our plates. We had to continually hound them because in the 3 times we actually could drive the piece of junk we were doing so illegally because they wouldnt send us our plates. I hope this review saves other innocent people from getting scammed by this used car "dealership." Unless you enjoy throwing your money down the toilet avoid this place like the plague.

Ive waited over a month to post this review to make sure my thoughts wouldnt change. I whole hardheartedly agree with most of the reviews. The people here were wonderful to deal with, one of the best car buying experiences weve had. They have a lot of high end cars and were extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and letting us test drive multiple cars. When we found the one we liked most (2008 BMW) they had no issue letting us take it for a very long test drive...around 50 miles. There was no pressure at all, no haggling, and we feel we got a great deal. There are a couple of one star reviews which I dont understand. I really liked William and we spoke for quite a while when they were changing my breakpads. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality pre-owned car to visit this dealership.

My husband had looked for a good deal on a Mercedes for 2 months and found it at Top Line Auto - he talked with Sergey on line and we drove down to Irving Texas from Arkansas to check the car out. Sergey met us when we arrived and was very helpful. The car lot is not top notch, but the cars certainly are and there are plenty of them! We looked at several but went with our initial choice, a 2008 Mercedes with all the bells and whistles. Armen took over the sale and made sure the car was in good working order for our 500 mile drive home. We couldnt be happier with the whole buying experience. We will be back! This is a family business and the sellers are not greedy - they want happy customers.

I got a 2005 benz and it is a piece of crap. They fix up the cars just good enough for a test drive and then everything goes wrong. As soon as i drove off the lot the air stopped working and the brakes started making a noise. I was looking to buy two cars but after this experience i will never buy a car from them again and would recommend people take several test drives before you buy. I called and checked on my tags after three almost four weeks and the guy that answered the phone was very rude. I told him that you were nice during the car buying process now you are rude. Please be aware and believe the reviews.

I havent even gone to the dealership yet lol but beware...I can tell a crook when I see one. Pay attention to the owners responses to angry customers. It seems extremely unprofessional and defensive. I despise scammers so I actually just want to help people out. Its not worth the risk going to a place with a lot of bad reviews because cars depreciate in value quickly and are definitely liabilities. Why buy something that is bound to give you trouble? Im going to go ahead and guess that the owner will reply to this being rude because he doesnt know how to run a business
