BEST Customer service EVERY !! Out of all the Verizon stores that are located around my house, I choose to drive just alittle bit further away because of the way the respect and way me and my family are treated at Verizon north reading. Sandro has been helping me and my family for over 4 years now and has never disappointed us . GRADE A PLUS for every one at Verizonight a North Reading ! most definitely recommend every one else to go work with them next time .

Everything has gone well and the sales reps (different for the first couple of phones than for the most recent one and tablet) were all very helpful and dedicated to making it a smooth transaction (and transition).
