this is literally the best t-mobile store in boston area , the manager kelly is very laid back and helpfull. The store is clean, the sales rep Lee is the best tmobile staff i have ever met. I have been a tmobile customer for years, but when I was served in this store, i felt nothing like the experiences I had in others. Lee was very helpful and humorous. He doesnt push me to buy and he explains all the promotions and features patiently, I would honestly buy whatever he tells me to buy because I feel im getting helped there. I would take a further trip just to come to this store to pay my bill or make a purchase.
