so i went into this store with a broken screen on an iphone 4, and this store was very nice! they have a 30"monitor that customers can use to search the web while you wait! unbelievable, and a 40" flat screen tv So customers can watch movies or tv while they are waiting too!! It was easier to find than i thought. It is right off highway 93 exit 5 randolph ma right on the main st..(1101 to be exact ) I have heard and seen other repair shops and it is definitely not like any other!! Others ive seen were little hole in the wall places not very clean or professional and some in fact worked right out of their home.. It is very clean, professional, comfortable, and convenient.. it took only 30 minutes to fix my phone!! and i was a walk in.. had no appointment! I even asked about unlocking my iphone 4 and they told me the best solution for me was to go with H2O wireless witch requires no unlock and has unlimited plan for only 60$ a month! So i switched over from at&t to H2O and that was the best thing i could have done! Now I have the iphone 4s and H2O still works great with it!!! I am very happy with the services that they supply there.. I would recommend Cellular Medics to anyone who has a smartphone that needs repair work or if u want to ask questions about service plans or about your phone in general! They are two very nice guys and I was very satisfied with the customer services i received there... :)

I was surprised to see so many positive reviews when I had such a bad experience. I brought in two ipads to be fixed. Both had cracked screens, one of which I tried to fix but had no luck. I tried to fix it myself and got in over my head. I brought them both to the store and explained the situation. After a quick diagnosis of the failed attempt to fix ipad nuber two, I was told it was a simple fix of a single component. For the other ipad It was a routine screen replacement. I paid in advance and was called a few days later saying I needed a new backlight +$60.00. Ok I said. Then it needed another component. +$40.00. After all said and done I get both back and the ipad I worked on did not work and I was still charged. The second ipad, that I did nothing to, had a piece of plastic behind the new screen clearly visible and it randomly stops typing and looses the screen image. If you look closely at the replacement screens used they are not of good quality. You can see chatter marks from the manufacturer. Wasted over $280.00. I admit. Trying to fix an ipad and then passing it off to someone else to fix can obviously have open ended issues, however in the end it was the same result for both ipads.

I heard about Cellular Medic from a friend a few months back. He went up to boston to watch a playoff game between the Celtics and the Heat. While at the game he dropped his phone and found Cellular Medic. So about a week or so ago, i took my family on vacation up to Boston and dropped my iPhone 4 while at the Boston Commons. It spidered the screen. I was pissdd, then i remembered about Cellular Medic. I went over to see them. Store looked Amazing! Very Professional. They had movies on for my daughter to watch while i waited for my phone. it took him 20 Minutes to do it! It looked so great, it looked like it was brand new from Apple. He saved me over $100! I will definitly send anyone i talk to them, They even have a mail in service! perfect for people who are nowhere near them!

Dropped my second Samsung Galaxy phone in the last 4 months and cracked the screen again. I was surprised to find this place near home and sent them an email. They replied quickly with firm quotes and time frames to get the replacement screens in for both phones. Everything was done well and on-time with pleasant service. I hope not to be back but will if I need another phone repaired. Update: the screen on the S3 failed after a few weeks and Cellular Medic stood behind it. Terrific no problem attitude.

VERY HAPPY - extremely helpful, quick and fair!! My LG3 was cycling on-off, heated battery, and was not turning on at all. Square Trade sent me there for a fix. Called twice, they advised me, I came in. He took it apart, was able to get it back on, and diagnosed a battery problem. Suggested I call Square Trade and get a new battery, and I should be good. NO CHARGE - FREE Diagnostics. Again, friendly and helpful. FIVE STARS!

i would recommend this guy to anyone with a iphone that has issues. I dropped my phone and the glass shattered. I work down the street and drove by and he said it would be a 30 min job. I had lunch and came back and i though he we to apple and picked up a brand new phone. Very NICE!!! :)

So far i gotten two phones fixed here. Fast service, And nice people. LOVE the work! Both phones work flawless. I just cant say enough good stuff about this place. I cant see getting work done anywhere else. I been to many places and NEVER got this kind of service !

Cellular Medic is an awesome place to get your mobile devices fixed. They really know your devices inside and out and can do it rather inexpensively. Their mail-in service is also incredible - nobody else can even come close to the speed and quality of the repairs.
