I happened to walk by an ad I saw just outside their Newbury store, and though I usually just keep on walking, their $100 screen repair sounded a little too good to be true, which intrigued me. I walked in, and with little fanfare they told my screen (which I thought was beyond trashed and would require me to buy a brand new phone) was repairable and that I should come back in two hours. To be honest, it was all so straightforward that as I walked away I genuinely wondered if Id somehow been scammed and if theyd be accessing my phone to get into my banking accounts or something. Came back 2 hours later, phone looked like new. I wish I had pictures of the before and after. Phones been working without issue, total price came out to $105, and I cant believe how prompt the service was. Other customers picking up seemed super happy with the status of their phones. I highly recommend their services to anyone else with a broken screen (though it looks like they also tackle all sorts of their issues.)

Though I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, they absolutely screwed up my phone. I had a completely shattered iPhone 6, and took it in for a repair. I decided to try out Mega Mobile because it was $20-30 cheaper than fixing it at an Apple Store. However, you get what you pay for. They must have accidentally touched the camera or the display because when I point the camera at a light, the light scatters and smears too much. When I used my friends perfectly fine iPhone 5 and 6 to try it out, the images were clear. Also, Im not sure what tools they used to take out the broken screen, but I suspect they dug in a tool between the glass and the metal frame by the volume buttons to remove it. The metal frame by the volume buttons is noticeably bent. I hate having to see it every time I use my phone. tl;dr Save yourself the trouble, protect your iPhone, and spend the extra $20-30 at an Apple Store.

About a week and half ago but phone randomly died on me. Just tried to open my Facebook App while my phone was at 80% and it just shuts down. No clue what to do tried the trouble shooting methods and still nothin. Went to the store after exhausting all my options. Encounter the life savior named Vic who works there that saved my life clearly. He was superb in all aspects was able to fix my phone for free he didnt charge me because he went through all his methods before he even needed to do any service that I wouldve got charged for. Put it on a wireless charger and boom somehow it worked again like magic. A added benefit is that he even cleaned my cover and phone. Awesome guy and awesome store all around THANKS Vic once again man you saved me.

Wow! Where to start...First of all theres Adam. I found him when I went to an iPhone fix place and they sent me across the street to Mega mobile. Smashed screen Fixed with a smile. Right away. Dropped the phone again, smashed screen again, and decided to buy a different phone- unlocked of course. Hes great at telling you what is worth it and what isnt. And patient. I must have come back to him five or six times with stupid questions and needing help, and he always helps again with a smile. Today I came to him with a tablet that I didnt even buy from him- wouldnt get gmail- and he spent about 3 hours fixing the problem and didnt even charge me! This is rare. Either for repair or to buy something new, I will never go anywhere else

Our second Visit to Boston. The first with our Kids, their cell phone was defekt. They did a great Job, in Germany we never had such a good service. Thank you Tolle Arbeit in einem echt chicen Ambient, in dem man soviel Unkompliziertheit nicht erwartet. Wer als Deutscher Hilfe mit seinem Handy benötigt, hier ist er richtig.

After shopping around a little I found that Mega Mobile had really good prices to offer and was in a convenient location, central Boston area. I called and the staff was very accommodating ! I made the appointment to show up , explained that my phone even had black spots on the screen, (not a problem and in which some placed it is) and they even offered to come outside and grab the phone in the fly (because parking is very limited on Newbury) the phone screen was fixed in no time! They even offered a coupon for accessories. I highly recommend them, great experience.

Customer Service is through the roof! I usually never leave reviews, however, Mega Mobile is definitely deserving of 5 stars and trust me when I say this is the place to get your mobile repairs done. I cracked my Sony Xperia Z5 screen, brought it in around 3 pm and received it fixed before they closed. I highly recommend this place for all your mobile repairs because out of the 3 places I called, Mega Mobile, was the fastest estimated repair time, cheapest estimated cost and the quality of workmanship was flawless.

My samsung note 5 wouldnt turn on. Went to the Verizon store and they told me that I might need to buy a new phone. They sent me to Megamobile to explore repair options.Vick was very professional and friendly at the megamobile store. He quickly diagnosed that the issue was with the phone charger and gave me a new charger explaining the mechanism of the problem. He saved me 700 dollars, ended up spending 10 dollars for a new fast charger. Highly recommend this place for any phone needs. Thank you Vick!

This place is amazing. Its actually #SoGravvy. Its great the timing was impeccable they even showed me how quick it is to fix and they showed me that the part would work fine even before they did the repair. Very great customer service made she everything was working and it was same day service meaning I was finished within a couple hours. This place is all about customer service down to the price time and explanation of the process they do. I would definitely come back for phone needs!

Fantastic Service! I have a Google Pixel that was not charging all of a sudden. Verizon had the wonderful suggested solution of replacing it with a new Pixel for $800-something dollars; the guy in the mall kiosk couldnt even touch the Pixel ("no parts!"); but the Mega Mobile folks were awesome. Amgad at the front asked one of his techs in the back to take a look, and in less than an hour they had the whole thing fixed perfectly for $30! Couldnt be happier; thanks guys; I will be back!!

These guys actually know what their doing. I went in today for data/content recovery service. I didnt do backup for my phone and I just got a replacement. I didnt want to leave my photos and restore my apps all over again. I brought the old device and replacement, the transfer took awhile because of all the files. But I got everything back on my new one phone. Everything I ever downloaded was back! I am so happy with the service! They did a really good job.
