The staff here are very rude and short with customers. I came here as a customer of ATT for years, and after my experience at this store I will most definitely switch to somewhere else. The staff is impatient and will try to convince you of things you do NOT need to make a sale. Overall, they tried to convince me to buy multiple products, at first glance seemed like great deals, but in the long run would have DOUBLED my bill monthly. After several visits I quickly realized the manager is never present. So my needs could not be addressed. FINALLY, when I met the manager, I was greeted by an unprofessional, childlike "woman" who did not even look me in the eye, who BEGGED me to write a great review about the store. Regularly I would stand by a company I have been with for so long, but I am appalled at this experience. I would never come back again. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Ive never been so upset about how Ive was treated on my latest visit to this at@t location. If you arent buying anything they will push you to the side. employees l! Beware when walking on this location. Ive been a customer for 20 year with at@t and this location first of all had me wait 45-60mins to be assisted. One employee had me sit knowing I was next and provides help to a customer that was there long after me know he could make a sale out of it. Seeing that I was in there with an issue about my bill. They care only about making the short buck and less about upset loyal customers. They will tell you what you want to hear and leave out important details like fees and middle of the month plan change charge. I asked for exact pricing and they were so off when I received my bill. This location really needs to evaluate their staff!

Buyers beware: I went to this store to try to get the family plan for my family. It is unfortunate to have an AT&T with salesmen of the same ethical level as of car salesmen. A guy named Tim sold me the idea I could get 5 iPhones 5s under the family plan that they were advertising on TV but in order to get the 5th one, I had to wait 30 days (plan only included 4 phones). 30 days after, this guy refused to answer my calls and after chasing him, he finally admitted that he was wrong and if I wanted a fifth phone, I would have to settle with a iPhone 4s else pay full price for an iPhone 5s or whatever. Please be careful when dealing with these people at this particular store. They are there to get you and they will use any story to convince you.

After a horrible experience at the Malden location, I ended up at the Medford store with a completely different atmosphere. Victor was there to greet me and help me with all of my issues. The store had a wide variety and had exactly what I was looking for that I could not find in other locations. Victor and Diana even went over and beyond and was going to keep the store open for me. I had come back in a second time that same night with a follow up question, and they made sure everything was set up correctly. I have now found a new spot to handle all my business and I will be spreading the word!

I went to this place twice asking them to help me with changing my iphone (5) to an iphone 6 which was gifted to me. They refused to help me because they said this is something I should be able to do at home. I had asked several times if I needed a new sim and they said no. After HOURS of trying to get this done on my own, I just called AT&T to see how they were advising me was correct and it WAS NOT. I do infact need a new sim and IMEI #. The employees do not know what they are doing here. TOTAL waste of time. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

I came into the AT&T store today for some help with my phone, and got a lot of help from an agent named Ram. He was curtious and well mannered and he helped me out tremendously. While I was there I also noticed the other staff members helping out other customers in similar fashion. The manager Diana, was very professional .She gave a good attention in the store and checked regularly to see that everyone was helped. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone.

I went to 686 Fellsway AT&T store and an amazing gentleman named Ram saved me by restoring all my lost contacts and pictures from my old phone.He dispayed very great patience and competence in helping me with my woes in this manner. I recommend anyone who needs a new phone or questions about their phone if lost or broken to visit The Medford store on Fellsway.Ram and these gentlemen are amazing as tbey actually found a phone while I was here getting help.

The store is well run these employees know their stuff, The manager is extremely patient and kind while the staff works as a team to get things done. I went in for basic trouble shooting and was greeted with open arms with valuable information, ALL WHILE NOT BUYING SOMETHING! I cant understand the few negative reviews because that was not my experience at all, I will be a life time customer for sure, oh did I mention that I wasnt buying anything?!!

i went into this location with a phone issue. Theyre were 2 reps with their heads buried in there phone, didnt even look up. I asked one of them for help, he kind of just shrugged me off. Manager wasnt there. Ughh what a nightmare. promptly called customer service from out front and they located me to a real ATT.. Dont go there unless your buying something. Other wise theyll ignore you

When I came into get my new phone, Tony was the associate that helped me. Im not a very tech intelligent person. Tony went above and beyond. I took up most of his time and he never got angry or annoyed. He served me well. I have gone in numerous times and have also worked with Victor and Diana at seperate times. They were just as helpful.

Great Store!!! Ive been going there for years for all my phone needs. The staff is very personable and will go out of there way to help you out. Even if your not going there for a purchase and just have some questions, theyll go out of there way to figure it out. I would recommend all the time. Thank you for your great service!!!

Absolutely Terrible. They will Scam you into buying products and not disclose any "fine prints" and then your bill comes! Ahhhh the surprise.. Management is very poor in going "above and beyond" I would not recommend anyone going to this store! Horrible! Call ATT directly and get less frustrated, not worth the time and money here.

I had a really good experience at ATT in Medford. Tony Franco has assisted me: is an excellent professional, knows everything about plans and ATT services. I upgraded my plan and was able to pay less than before. I felt so comfortable and welcome that would recommend this store and specially Tonys help. It made a difference!
