I always visit this Schnucks and everyone is friendly, other than the US Bank branch manage that I spoke with today. I called about some overdraft charges and Derek the US Bank manager there belittled me. He kept repeating "this is not a bank error" when I tried to speak. He acted as though he needed to win by talking louder and making me repeat myself as I was emotional about being charged hundreds of dollars due to them "helping" me move funds to savings to save for my baby on the way...another reason I am very emotional right now. This instead depleted my baby fund by over $300 and Derek kept me on hold for ten minutes while he "checked it out" then repeated his catch phrase "its not a bank error. Cant help you" Customer service used to mean something at US Bank and its sad that a point of contact person can ruin your image of a company because they can be so rude when someone asks for help. Our family will be transferring all of our savings, checking and business accounts to another local banks so we will never be treated so poorly again. I have always shopped at Schnucks and been happy with the service in all regards but today was unacceptable. Terrible experience and it reflects poorly on Schnucks for having that level of service offered to their customers trying to do banking after shopping. We will be avoiding that store all together so I do not have to see Derek and remember how he made me feel when I needed help. Sad day :(

DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO DEAL WITH KNOWLEDGABLE, POLITE, NICE EMPLOYEES!!! This is without a doubt the worst Schnucks I have ever been in. The staff is incredibly rude and acts as though you are wasting their time when checking out. Im sorry, the last time I checked it was your JOB. The associates are inconsiderate and do not know what they are talking about. I actually had someone in the produce department tell me they didnt carry pomegranates. They were on the other side of the table. He acted as though I was stupid for even asking a question. The only reason I even go into the store is because they carry better produce than others. However, after being insulted and yelled at by the lady at the U-check because I had a coupon I will NEVER shop there again. I will also let all of my friends, family and business contacts know not to deal with this store either.

I shop overnight mainly due to my job. 1) when checking out...the young cashier told me and my nephew that 1 of us should start bagging!! My response is "dont you have baggers?". She said no not on the overnights. 2) she then got an attitude and said "well I guess youll be waiting for me!". I asked for a manager and when he arrived I asked him to help bag and he did it without question. This young female cashier needs some serious direction in customer service skills. Its not KY place to bag groceries. They cut baggers overnight to save money..you want me to bag my groceries then there should be a savings for me as well. I would have given 1 star had the manager not helped without questions. Now if they could just teach the subordinates!

I love this store,,, All the staff are friendly and kind.. I love the casher ladies that have been there for yrs.. Its nice to go to a store where people know you, welcome you, helpful. The produce is always fresh, deli is fresh, meat is never bad.. Pharmacy is always buzy, may have a lil wait, but they get to you as quick as they can and they remember who you are.. Personal.. They get a five start rating from me..

I love my Schmucks store, I love the staff and the prices. I do wish you had a seafood section like Deribergs, l feel like a traitor when I go there for my seafood. We have a sweet manager named Joe at our store who always is willing to help and will try and get you anything they dont carry.

Its a awesome way to shop at schuncks, its a hometown grocery store. I have already been there for a lot of times and their employees are bagging my items that I picked. I liked to shop at this location for if I run out of my groceries. I can come back to this place anytime soon.

I have to admit I already dislike Schnucks as I consider it a sub par grocery store. This location has a terrible layout and an awful checkout system. Only 4 self-checkout stations and it always seems that the person monitoring them is an inexperienced and disengaged teenager.

The store was a mess after the Sunday shoppers. It was hard to get a cart. All sorts of other handicap carts were blocking them. The spices were all mixed up. Produce was on top of other produce etc.... I could go on and on. Sunday after 5 pm I guess is not a good time to shop.

had a great exchange with manager. very knowledgeable and courteous. excellent Pumpkin Latte! would highly recommend taking the time to go visit the store. Had great wifi connection as well. seating is not as inviting as major coffee shops go but the coffee is great!

Great place to shop and have a cup of coffee. I stop in there on the way to work alot. The Manager, Toni, is a great personality who really cares about her customers. They have a pretty good variety of coffees and you can have some ground to take home.

Good options most of the time with limited organic grocery options. Employees are friendly enough and do their jobs well. Also, Schnucks gives job opportunities to special needs individuals which I think is very admirable and praiseworthy.

A typical Schnucks grocery store offering a wide variety of items. Things at Schnucks generally cost a little more than other stores but they take good care of their business front and the associates are friendly.

This is my go to shopping destination. They have everything you need at mostly decent prices. Produce is always quality. They have a wide variety of wines with a great 20% off deal on Sundays

not dog friendly. us bank inside is open 7 days a week. they have a coffee shop also. one of my favorite schnucks. they always have what i need.

I only go here when its necessary. I can never seem to find anything and it is usually too crowded. They do have self-checkouts, which is nice.
