Worst experience ever! Came in twice in a row. First time I came in asked if they had a specific phone ,that I clearly saw on display and the worker responded a simple no while having a conversation on a personal call. Told me to check with my insurance for a fix because it is cheaper, but doesnt the store advertise repair center bigger than it does its own boost mobile logo? After giving up. I call boost and get told that I can get a new phone and that the phone I want is 49.99 at the current time. They suggest to go to this location. After giving it much thought I go in the next day. Now Im greeted by another girl with the words " What do you want"? Are you frigging serious?! So I ask her if they have the specific phone I want and she says yes. Its 149.00 . I show her the boost mobile website which clearly states in store promo. Funny thing is she responded with they are an affiliate store of Boost mobile and not an actual chapter of the store. So they dont abide by the online promos. Are you kidding me ?! Then why the hell do you even exist? Oh yeah to extort us and steal our money. Boost mobile should do a better job with hiring gutter hood rats as sales representatives. They are just disgusting

These reviews are bogus. This store is one of the worst stores in Codman Square. Sales rep is not knowledgable of the products she sells, no knowledge of phone repairs, plays on her cell while attending to customers and the store hours printed on the door and online are not reliable. They open and close whenever they want. Use another location or switch to another provider.
