This place was once beneficial to me, Ive gotten my phone fixed here 4 times now 5. I got my iPhone 5C done on the 19th of this month was told to come back within 30 days. I came back 9 days later (today) and was told I couldnt get my phone fixed for a discounted price or free. I had 1 issue when I went in on the 19th which was the cracked screen. once they fixed it I had issues with my phone not being able to swipe open to the Home screen Having my phone type or go to apps its self and the reason to which i came in was because Randomly the screen Popped open on the left side of my phone I pushed it back in and it cracked in the corner. I explained this and was told the following : 1. 15 day warranty with no cracks or scratchs (which wasnt detailed on the receipt they give) 2. I had to pay the full $80 price to get it fixed 3. my phone was a $90 job (came in on the 19th it was cracked in the middle and each corner) (was a $80 job then) I feel like I was done very wrong as a 5th time around customer It was very beneficial before and their accessories for phones and things of that nature are of good quality but I suggest you go for the places that arent as cheap. *Whats close isnt always whats convenient*

This store is amazing. They are bilingual (English and Spanish) and they carry everything you would ever need from a mobile phone store. All accessories for all kinds of phones, including used phones and others. They also repair mobile phones and also sells services and plans for many different cell phone companies including prepaid plans etc.. And above all, their prices are very very reasonable, more reasonable than I have found ANYWHERE else and their service is also excellent. That probably explains why they have a constant line of customers waiting to be serviced from their large staff of usually anywhere from 4-7 employees there!! Its next to the Dunkin Donuts at the Ashmont MBTA station, so its also very convenient and easy to find. What a gem!!!! I go back there all the time, even sometimes just to rattle their brains for advice, which they will freely give!!!! Fantastic place for cell phone needs!!! One stop shop!!!

I went in having some problems with my charging port after looking around for the best price. I went into the store and asked and they told me $45 plus tax. I left my phone and expected a call in a couple of hours, instead I got a call in 15 minutes.They ended up using some sharp tool like a tweezer to clean out the phone which led to success after about fifteen minutes - and they did not even charge me! Even though I didnt spend any money, I appreciate their honesty.

Amazing I needed to repair my phone and they fixed it was in perfect conditions, but then I realized that my touched stopped working and they fixed it for free. The one problem I have is that there is only 15 day warranty and they are a little organized. They also have a bunch of cases and radios. They even go as far as staying after hours to help customers. That is what I call a great store. It is also near Dunkin Donuts

I guess they dont know they can get in Serious trouble for closing an hour and 30 minutes earlier than they are suppose to. Especially when a client is picking up a phone and called ahead of time explaining to them they will be there by 7oclock meanwhile their actual close time is 730pm. Other than that good electronic place. Nearby my house.

This is a family business. Youll be able to find people who speak from spanish, to chinese!The service is fantastic but sometimes they get very busy and you might have to wait to be attended. Overall love the place and recommend to anyone looking for unlock phones to send out of the country. Its their speciality!
