When coming to Drive Time, I was very worried about how the process would work out because anyone who has looked into getting a car before knows that most of the time companies tell you that you are approved, it may not necessarily be the full truth. There is generally a twist involved or more requirements outside of what was initially stated. I am happy to say with the help of Joanna Hernandez, we were able to purchase a vehicle of our choice with no hidden fees or extra requirements outside of the ones brought to us initially. Not only did Joanna provide great customer service by walking us through step by step of the process, but she always made sure to offer refreshments (water/ coffee/popcorn/ vending machines). Joanna made sure we understood all of the material provided to us and made sure to answer all of our questions even on my time crunch due to work. A big thanks to the managers, Michael, Chris, and Louie for also assisting in the process. Prior to working with Joanna , I was able to sit down with Raven who also was very down to Earth and helpful. Raven gave me a reason to look further in pursing a vehicle for my friend and for that I thank her as well. You guys did a great job , and I appreciate all that you have done :) I will be recommending other people who are in need of a car and wish to build their credit come to you all. Thank you again

I cant remember the first time I went into Drive Time, but I do remember the experience. Brian S. was my salesperson, and showed me nothing but respect upon our first meeting. I didnt get a car on that day, but I did get one later. The experience and the atmosphere was great. Brian kept in touch with me throughout my purchase, he worked with me, to get me into a vehicle that met my needs as a customer. Now, I know people are saying , "well yes, thats what salespeople do." No, most salespeople are pushy and they upsale you, to get a quick commission. Brian and his sales team were excellent, they didnt put me into a vehicle, just to get a sale. I had options, I had a choice, in purchasing a vehicle I feel good about driving. No one wants to pay for a car, they dont like. It makes it easy to just give it back. I dont feel that way about the choice I made, and I have Brian and his team to thank for it. I really appreciate their service, everything was explained thoroughly throughout my purchase process. I have 0 patience for any kind of activity so, buying a car was a major frustration for me. I made an appointment online after getting an approval and cringed at the idea still. I ended up going into the dealership earlier than my appointment time and was accomodated immediatly by a great salesman named Max. He took all of my info ran it and came back to say, you are approved for anything on our lot, take your pick. My husband and I had about 10 different cars picked out and Max took his time with each one. We test drove and chatted and changed our minds a couple of times but he remained calm and continued to let us pick car after car until we came across the final one. Max sat down and explained everything and got us set up and ready to go. This was the easiest car buying expierience ever and I will be recommending customers! We also had a pleasent experience with Luis, the guy who finalized the contract. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

My experience with drive time was very pleasant!! Mostly due to the salesperson Kayce Rush!!! She ROCKS!! My financial situation was not good and I was working with a limited budget. Kayce and I had a few phone conversations before my actual appointment so she took what I had and made it happen!! I told her that I needed to drive off the lot TODAY and she did just that. Other staff worked well as a team. They were friendly and knowledgeable and did not mind explaining anything I didnt understand. The overall experience was actually fun. A big thanks goes out to Ariston also, who took the time to explain my contract and all other documents that I had questions about. I would have no problem at all referring family and friends to drive time Lombard location!!! They Definitely get A1 + 5 Star ratings from me!! THANKS AGAIN KAYCE RUSH AND THE DRIVE TIME TEAM AT LOMBARD!!

I am very, very satisfied with the service I recieved at Drive Time. My sales rep Aija was beyond helpful. She displayed exemplary customer service, delivered 110% and her hospitality made my mother and I feel like family at home. I appreciate her honesty, expertise and guidance. Purchasing a vehicle is not easy but Aija made the process fast, smooth and easy. I learned a lot and appreciated her friendliness. My mother was able to communicate with her in Spanish which was a big plus and she displayed great skill of familiasimo. I highly recommend Drive Time in Lombard they work with you and make it easy for you to drive home. Aija is a rep I highly, highly recommended. Words cant express enough about the experience I had at Drive Time in Lombard! This was my first time financing a car and my sales advisor, Chris Scott consulted with me and got me thru the process with ease. She provided me with all the information needed when buying a used car and explained them, making sure all off my questions were answered. We actually ran into a dilemma and she exceeded my expectations and found a solution along with her awesome manager Ariston Moss. Ariston was very understanding and didnt give an arrogant attitude, like Ive experienced with other managers throughout my lifetime. Both Chris and Ariston represent what customer service is all about. They seemed to love their jobs and seeing a smile on my face. Drive Time in Lombard is the place to go!

Wonderful doesnt even describe the great service provided by this Drivetime dealership. I was assisted by two amazing dealers by the name of Milan and Maxence Jeanty, they help me get into a good car with a an amazing monthly payment. And kept everything straight foward no hagging and I even left with a lower down payment than I originally suspected. Ive found my new car dealership for all my future cars. And had an amazing customer service experience Wichita Ive never had from car dealers usually Im treated like cattle being processed but this time Ive actually felt like they listen to what I wanted and worked off that. A definitely good place to check out if you looking for a car

This may be harsh, but to another dealership that wanted me to come back to do business with them I replied; My brother, Im a dying man and I have only a shorter time to exist among us as my son has died, my brother, my sister, my mom and my step mom and father have left before me, in really short order. My time is now valuable to me. In dealing with others in the future, be for real. Thats all I can ask. Some of us are trying to turn another leaf. My bad credit got worse as you all tried your various exhaustive methods to get a SALE or is it a SAIL. Have a good holiday, Im riding since the day after, from my first source, Drive Time. No further stress!
