This is a PATHETIC store. We had to transfer 3 numbers in family plan from another company to T-Mobile. It took an employee named Junior 2.5 hours to understand what I want from them. He messed up my phone numbers between the phones, messed up my credit history, was rude beyond description and his Manager was no help at all either. I just wonder where T-Mobile is importing those imbeciles with IQ lower than the electric heater baseboard from??? T-Mobile itself became a monstrosity. Many years ago they were nice company caring about their customers - not anymore. It is hard to realize that in terms of cell carrier there are not so many choices in US. The government allowed the carrier marketplace to become semi-monopolized and now you are just a number for them to milk the money out.

My daughter lost my phone and since Ive been with Tmobile for over 6 years and have extra phones, all I wanted was a replacement Sim card. They had taken them out when I extended my contract and got new phones for myself and my wife. Instead of giving back a Sim card that they took out from my original phone, they charged me twenty dollars!!!! Scam artists and thieves!! Kelly the supervisor was perfectly happy with me never doing business with them again too!! Stay away from this place. Do business directly with Tmobile or another dealer.

All dummy Mexican When we got inside the store, what we saw is all the staff there were just chatting with each other, having fun, didnt seem like working. When we asked service theres nobody cares they kept talking. Awesome! Stupid Mexican.

Went in to set up prepaid SIM cards on two already-owned phones. Experience was fast and simple, and went without a hitch. Christianna was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions easily. No complaints, would visit again.

Its a really nice, cute store. Everything in there is kept up to date and fairly clean. Some of the employees are rude, and could have handled some situations in a better way. All in all, nice store.
