The worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my entire life. The moment I walked into their establishment, I felt like an alien. I grew up in Andover and my family has owned businesses downtown, in fact, my uncle is the Deputy Fire Chief of Andover, and I have never experienced such poor customer service or rudeness. The guy who was helping me was mean and made me feel like an inconvenience. He also didnt once say hello or acknowledge my fiance. I will never be back to this location, in fact, it made me feel bad enough to never be with Verizon again. Thanks for nothing.

Worked with Nate over several days to deal with getting gmail on my BB after my old firm had made it virtually impossible to remove its restrictive settings. I found Nate very skilled technically, very willing to get VZN (and ultimately BB) customer service on the line and work through the issues, infinitely patient, and all with very good cheer. He went the extra hundred miles to help this techno novice customer. Nates the Man. Do business with him...for your sake.

My experience with IM Wireless was nothing short of great. I was greeted in a professional manner and was treated with respect. Ravi was great at helping me choose the right plan for my family and I. They have a great selection of phone cases and accessories and the sales associates are very knowledgable! If you want great service and are overall confused about phone plans, give IM Wireless a visit!

Went in to store with brand new iPad purchased from Verizon in CA. It would not open e-mail or function correctly. The guys in the store were VERY nice, but essentially clueless as to how to diagnose or correct the problems and/or settings. I was in the store at least 45 minutes. When I got home to my own Verizon store, it took the tech 3 seconds to diagnose the problem and 2 minutes to fix it.

My experience was excellent. Anthony, Robbie and Josue were extremely helpful all three times that I went to the store. They were extremely knowledgeable, directed me in the right direction even though it might it not have been in their own financial interests and were generally extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this store and theses three employees.

I called in for service on a phone I had recently purchased from this establishment. I hardly had time to say my name when the "gentleman" at the other end developed this attitude. I just hung up. "Zero" for initial customer service. I think I will look elsewhere to buy my phone next time.

Walked in to setup my email on my smart phone and dealt with Manny and Nate. They were very helpful and professional. Would like to go back for all my future cell phone purchases. I wish more local stores were this helpful. Although they are now located at 77 Main Street in Andover MA

I dealt with Nate yesderday in Andover and purchased an iphone, He helped me in setting up my email and transferring my contacts and pictures. He also setup my calender as well. He downloaded a free navigation app for me and I am thrilled about the service that I received.
