Nightmare with AT&T! Was going to switch my plan for 3 people, was such a good deal, so I thought, until I received my first bill. Was outright lied to about the monthly bill, when I tried to return everything within 14 days, the nightmare continued! Called and spoke to several customer service reps and managers, very rude managers over phone and they refused to help me. Received a bill for over $600 for 10 days usage, ended reporting to attorney generals office. Long process, Will never deal with AT&T again and would advise others to do same!

So close and yet so far. Few AT&T stores have the iPhone 6 in the run up to the holidays. So I ordered the phone on-line to collect at the AT&T store in Dedham because they had what I wanted in stock, closer stores were sold out. When I arrived at the store they said I had to change my plan if I wanted the phone, and go from unlimited data to 4Gb. I told the store to cancel the order. I then phoned AT&T who told me the order was still active. After 3 hours in terrible holiday traffic I still have my old phone.

very very worst experience. i purchased a samsung s6 edge and before they billed the store representative handed me an asus tablet & said it was free when i refused to get it they pushed saying it was free but i was shocked to see my bill when i was charged $100 for the tablet. When wanted to terminate at&t again charged me $146 for ETF. worst experience ever. i will never suggest anyone to at&t.

Long queue, about an hour long wait with only 2 people in front of us, but after that the service was fine. They helped us upgrade to a new plan and upgrade 2 phones and it went smoothly. The case prices however were pricey, none being below $35 for the galaxy s8

Awful experience. Worked with Rafael who promised better rates and in fact charged me $100 in additional costs to my existing rates. Complete fraud. Spent countless hours on the phone and in the store trying to fix it all.
