DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS STORE!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!! Incompetent employees!! Wasted 3 hours of my day because of their mistake and on top of that incredibly rude! Almost cancelled my plan with t-mobile because of this (still considering cancelling) because as I write this review I still have to call t-mobile to reatore all the changes made to my account for the employees mistake. AGAIN GUYS... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES!!!

Terrible terrible customer service.. I had to witness to coworkers arguing in front of me over who should get the phone from the stock room. The person helping me was having a side conversation with another worker about where to eat, cravings she having while being pregnant very rude. What really pissed me off was when she updated my phone and changed my number.. please do not go there.
