DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I had a young man who had been working there for 4 days. He was all alone in the store at 4 p.m. until closing. Manager thought he could handle everything. He wiped out my iCloud account and I spent 5+ hours with Apple to get my phone working!!! Rating is Zero: No knowledge, no customer service, no anything except false advertisement: Sign on front of store says "Verizon". Couldnt return the phone to a REAL Verizon store. They are NOT corporate. They are a retailer. BIG, HUGE DIFFERENCE - NOT CORPORATE AND NO BRAINS.

They need to pick up their phone. I called 3 times without anyone answering, then biked to the store only to find out what I wanted wasnt even there. Waste of a solid half hour
