Im the Assistant Manager here and absolutely love my job. We have the best customers of any store Ive worked in. Although we are in sales we also go above and beyond to help our customers with phone issues, transferring content from old phone to new phone, and teaching our customers how to use their devices and if we cant figure out the problem we will lead you in the right direction to someone who can. In addition to cell phones we also offer home services like DirecTV and Home Security and we have better promotions than you would find online or over the phone! Come down, ask for me, tell me you saw my review and Ill hook you up with some great coupons! And please share your experience on here so others know what to expect when they come to our store :)

We want in to hook up a new line of service for my daughter. Brought in an old att phone we had once used and everything! How easy could this be? We were treated horribly! The young lady was so put out she had to actually ASSIST!! someone. She dripped with disdain and impatience. Wound up leaving, much to my daughters distress. Had to call att to get the thing hooked up. Never thought I would prefer a call center to human interaction.

Walked in and two employees didnt acknowledge the only person in the store. Stood directly next to The registers for and still nothing. Turned around and walked out to another employee smoking and spitting in front of the store. AT&T you are going to ruin yourself with this kind of customer service
