First visit was at 10:15 this morning. Tried to buy new Samsung S7 edge. Told system was down, left my number for contact when it was up and running again. Received call to return at 11:45. Was asked to wait until customer behind me paid their bill. Waited patiently until my turn, was told once again that system was down and to return in 45 minutes after upgrade was complete. Returned for a third time almost two hours later.....told system was still down. The Raynham store certainly lost a sale today. No apology or explanation for wasting my day.

This T mobile location gives worse service than the cable company I went into this location and the staff made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them being there. I asked questions but they where so involved in their own conversation about what they would be doing after work I was ignored ,customer service was secondary I went somewhere else but if these stores (T Mobile) do not address the customer service issues I will be looking for a new carrier

Its unbelievable that you have to wait more than 1 hour to talk to a representive. This company is poor with staff. ATTENTION!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE. 6 PEOPLE LEFT THAT WERE BEHIND ME DO TO THE SNAIL PACE THAT THE REPS WERE TAKING .
