VIP Wireless is an absolutely atrocious place to do business whether youre there to pick up a package or to buy some cellphone accessories. I had the displeasure of needing to pick up a package there since its a UPS access point, and saw a sign that said "Open - back in 30 minutes". Well, I grabbed a coffee and waited it out. I came back after 30 minutes, and nobody was there. I really needed this package, so I waited another 20 minutes. Still, nobody there. If this joke of a store wants to do business, fine. But please UPS, remove them as a Access Point.

Took my phone here to get unlocked now they told me 1 business days then told me 10 business days its been more than 10 business days when I call they still dont know whats going on with the code they bearly answer the phone or return messages and my phone still hasnt been unlocked here it is Day 17

I absolutely hated my experience with this store. They are unprofessional with their phone answering, apointments, timing, phone repairs, everything! I do not I really DO NOT recommend coming here!

Worst experience after holding up my phone to fix for days the guy was so rude when I asked to get my phone back and slammed the phone on the counter, I was so disgusted. Not friendly
